[Chaos Breakers Main Headquarters, Meeting Room]
A few days has passed since the primary incident regarding the assault of the group that were occasionally terrorizing the organization had happened. In fact all of their encounters wi8th such group mostly stems from assault outside the walls of their own respective city in their own country, thus such acts often only affected the field agents of the organization
Such encounter's led to deaths of some field agents outside the protective barriers of their home, but nevertheless such a thing were only small skirmishes that doesn't affect much the progress of the organization's work as a whole
Among the circle's of the executives of the organization, there are many people who often underestimate such group due to them being a miniscule threat, in fact they underestimate such group to an extent where they even boast that the skirmishes with the terrorist group would have ended differently if the battlefield was to their advantage and they have the high ground
Unfortunately that wasn't the case what happened in London, not only were the majority of the forces were taken out by the sudden entrance of terrorist's group, they were also unable to protect the target at all, resulting to it being taken away by the group
With such a huge face slapping failure right in front of them, various leaders of the respective surviving country then begun pointing out the faults of others as they wouldn't take the blame for this failure at all
With all this pushing the blame commotion, it naturally spark some arguments among the room as everyone begun pushing the blame on each other which ended wherein the faction of the country's who decided to protect the child from the faction that wanted to use the child's power to take the blame, in other words even Head General Alex was condemned by the country's who were pushing the blame on them
"Failure!!! Do you guys get it? Failure!!! This is like a huge slap to our face! I told you guys that we should have used the child's power to prevent such incident from happening, but did anyone of you listen? No!!!! You lot insisted to protect the child and where did that lead us?" said by the leader of the country of the opposing faction
"Would you please quit whining? What are you a child? This isn't just our failure, it is also yours, meaning it the failure of the whole organization as a whole!!! there is n o point on pushing the blame unto others" said by the leader of the country which allied towards the Head General's cause
"What's this I hear? Are you guys trying to drag us down with your failures? Don't lump us with you lot! This is all on you" said the opposing faction
"And how can you say that the failure for this operation falls on us? We were all involved in this operation, every country participated to this... In fact you guys were responsible to at least try to stop the terrorist group from reaching London, you even have three chances to do that and yet you still let them get away and pass through your borders, do you even have the right to say that to us?" asked by the allied faction
"So your pointing it to us now? You know what? things would have been different if we were the one's stationed at London" said by the opposing faction
"What did you say? I dare you to say it again" roared by the allied faction
"None of this would have happened if you guys just gave us the child to proceed the project of weaponizing her power" said by the opposing faction
"At what cost? her whole life? you would choose to let the child be an experimental doll just to satisfy your greed for power? She's a human too, not a lab rat" said by the allied faction
"Hah! hahahahahaha! Last time I checked, you guys would even abandon your morality just to survive the apocalypse that happened 10 years ago, do you think just because time passed already you guys are clean of your records?" retorted by the opposing faction
"The situation from then to now is quite different, I know we did so many wrongs before just to survive, but I will not tolerate it to happen again" said by one person on the allied faction
"So your acting goody two shoes now? how laughable"
As both side argue with each other while trying to find faults at each other's operations, Head General Alex couldn't help but sigh in dejection as he imagined that this meeting would end with both sides trying to go at each others throat
No matter what he do, the two sides would still kept at it, as such a problem would cause inevitable cause a civil conflict within them
In fact Head General Alex would like to avoid such situation as much as possible, but by the way the conversation of all surviving country leaders goes, it would literally take effor45t to appease both sides
While he was in that deep contemplation, his second in command however suddenly went up to him as he addressed his worries on this argument
"The argument is heating up, if this continues both sides would end up hurting each other rather than help each other, this problem is equivalent to a national problem, what should we do?"
"What do you expect me to do? they are just venting out their frustration at each other, but no matter how much they talk regarding whose faults it is, and whos to blame, it still wouldn't change the fact that they weren't there during the operation, thus they don't know just how dangerous that moment is really is" replied Head General Alex
"But..."
"This leaders are just good on words, but when it comes to actions and real life situational problems, they are totally useless... if we want for the opposing factions to see the bigger picture, they would have to lower their pride and see through the eyes of their men... but would they even lower their pride if their reputation is on the line?"
"No..."
"Then that is the problem..."

"In fact I'm more worried for the well being of the men who actually fought the terrorist group rather than this people who sits loftily on their safe haven, i want you to check up on them"

with that the metting continues on as both sides tried to one up the other
