???: "Around 12:30pm, at Lou's Coffee Shop"
Luca: "Well, till the Mrs. Hit n Run"
???: "Yes, till then Mr. Yoo"
I sit my phone on the coffee table with my sound all the way up. In worry that she might text again and I'll be to late. If only she knew who I really was and the lies and pain I've caused, I wouldn't have to lie to her too.
I get home at around 9:25. I slump against the door and kick off my high heels. I wonder if he's thinking of me too? Or maybe that's just his routine. Get drunk. Hook up. Wake up. Repeat. I know it sounds kinda crazy but for the first time I feel. Lonely. I've never felt this before because I use to tell myself I don't need anyone but me and that men will only break me like glass against concrete. But when I was with him, I felt like that's where I was supposed to be. Like every worry in my life could be fixed as long he was in it. It might seem like I'm doing a little much after a one night stand but, it's the truth. I pick up my phone and text him that we should meet. But when doing so, I never thought that he would say yes. I get up and prepare my clothes to get in the shower. When I get in, the waters pressure feels as if there were hands running down my spine. So I let the water run and imagine.....him. I get out and dry of so I could get dressed, its now 10:56. I try to lay down but it feels as if its not the same. So I sit by the clock down stairs and wait for 12:30pm to hit. Waiting to look in his pale blue eyes once more and see the sun hit his face.
