The Story of Edi and Fier

So, I am the demon lord's assistant.... I got out of my bed, saw the time and realized I was going to be late for the morning meeting. I rushed to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I changed into a black suit with a purple tie and wore a cloak over it. Since the office was really close to where I live, I made it just before the meeting started. I was never a big part of the meeting and some demons don't even know I exist.. I only worked there because of the salary, it was better then most other jobs. Infact, I don't really know how I managed to get this job, I probably just got lucky... Anyways, the meeting started and the other demons started talking about how they were going to invade the human villages. That's basically all they talked about. I honestly found it disappointing. I mean, there are so many better things and opportunities to make better use of!
