Oh well... If I understood everything that happened in the hospital, then the closest scenario to the truth should be something like this.
The higher ups ordered to erase all of the data about me, making my stay in the room with the other babies seems illogical. The higher grade nurse wasn't informed since she just came back from her vacations, soo she judged that they had made a mistake and it happened that a family of three, namely the parents and the baby had died yesterday and they were no other records of a new born letting her go with the conclusion that the baby had survived but they mistakenly noted him as death.
Now the good thing about this is that I don't need to plan for my first years to do something unusual, after all a baby's daily life's sleeping, eating, crying and his toilet. But I will need to repay the karma I have towards my grandma, well no use thinking of something that haven't happened yet.
Their is still time before she came, so I will use three of my thoughts processing to concentrate on my mana pores, three on by blood CR and the last one on my soul CR.

After some minute of cursing the architect and the one who has agreed to make this place a room for the babies, the higher grade nurse come in, she quickly took me from my cradle, wrapped me in a white blanket and took me out of the room.
It's the first time I have the chance to look around, first their is a long corridor with a one room each 10m, the walls are painted in three colors, namely blue, white and green. As we walk their is a big door in front of us with a plank inscribed with something, some doctors and nurses wearing white and pink blouses are coming and going, holding in their hands some documents or listening to other doctors. Their is also some people crying, worried, happy or troubled...
the higher grade nurse has gone through a series of doors and stoped when she had came in one room.
The room was more like a cabinet, their was one nurse that was speaking with an old looking grandma.
The grandma has a height of 1m 15, her face was full of wrinkles with small eyes and nose, her hands body was trembling, her eyes were red with some tears and her hair was white in color. She was wearing one robe that hides all her body in yellow brown color.
Once we got inside all of their attention has focused on us, then the higher grade nurse stared speaking to the grandma.
Higher grade nurse : { We are sorry for your loss. This is the child is the only one who made it. }
The grandma came slowly to ward me, took me from her than she broke down in a lake of tears.
This has became a little awkward so let's smile, a baby's smile can heal everything, then she smile back at me while still crying.
Higher grade nurse : { You can take him back with you after you complete the procedure, and tell us which name you will give him.}
Grandma : { Rio, his name would be Rio Grande. }
