As Ehione passed out in the hospital and taking into account the case of terrorism and kidnapping, the doctors ran full tests on him and so in one of the blood tests for parasites, they discovered the abnormality and started researching.
Using magnetic probes they were able to pinpoint the cause of the problem and easily eliminate the parasite, but Ehione needed to get the system clean to be able to return to normal senses.
The fact that Ehione was infected through open wounds only indicated that someone very close might have infected him or injected something into his body.
