One, two, THREE!
A figure jumped out of the bushes, landed on all fours, hugging a squirming furry little creature close to it's chest. "Victoria! I told you not to do that, let that bunny go and we are going to get you cleaned, no lady should behave that way!" A woman carrying a fancy little basket screeched, almost like the end of the world. The little girl named Victoria got up friskly and let the bunny go. "Fine! Old Woman!" Victoria spit out her tounge and whispered while turning her back, makeing sure the 'old woman' would hear it. "Let's go home Victoria." The woman said in a kind voice, the patted Victoria's back, signaling her to hasten her steps. Victoria hung her head low and went back to that, small, dirty little house they call home...
One thing Victoria loves to do is scavange through her father's belongings, her father, Zak left home 10 years ago when she was 2, her father was a hunter, the 'old woman' she spoke of was her aunt, her father's sister. Her mother died when she was 5 and during her funeral, only her aunt appeared and took her in. In her village, she was the only one who believed her father is still alive in this world, somewhere, somehow. As she scavange through the items, she saw a peice of paper, there it said ' Thee who seek treasure, where the blue moon stays, where the fairies sing, where the flowers bloom, there you shall find what you desire' "This must be a clue to father's dissapearence" The thought sprung immediately into Victoria's head, she have to find her father but first, she must have a hunter's lisence. WHY? YOU MAY ASK? A hunter gets a lot more information than normal people, hunters can access places others can't and most importantly, they can accept a wide vairity of jobs for a hunters test test about absolutely everything!
Victoria knew her aunt would never let her go. Why, you may ask? She didn' want Victoria to get hurt of course. To her, Victoria is like her precious baby, she would protect her from harm's way, if Victoria want to go, she would DISTROY her. Victoria's imagination went wild about her future if getting caught by her aunt. "I should..Just leave quietly..." She thought, as she went back to her little room, which only can fit a little bed... She looked under her bed and took out a little box, she opened it and spread it's contents on the bed, in it contained a red t-shirt, black shorts, a little knife and a little sapphire pendant. She held it under the sunset, she tried to remember her old memories with her father, but to no alas, she was too young to remember anything. She changed into that little outfit, cut her hair short and wore the pendant, she stuffed the pendant under her shirt. She wanted to be her father.
At the middle of the night, she took a little donkey from her aunt's little shed and trotted off towards north,the city of Dandore, where you can apply for a hunter's exam. She looked back at the little town she called home, held back her tears.
