Synopsis
What if the Player Champions of every region were actually just the same person? Red, Ethan, Brendan, Lucas, Chase, Hilbert, Nate, Calem, Elio, and now; Victor. And though he’d like to say that only a few people knew that was false; The original Champions all knew about it, the Nurse Joys knew about it, and ALL of his Pokémon knew about it. Just considering his Pokémon more then 700 knew. But right now that doesn’t matter. Imagine waking up the day you get your ‘starter’ only to find that you’ve been through this all before. Victor had gone from extreme excitement to sudden dull boredom in a matter of seconds. *Disclaimer: I DO NOT OWN POKEMON OR ANY OF THE CHARACTERS! THIS IS A FANFIC! If someone could inform me how to change a Novel’s type from ‘Original’ to ‘Fanfic’ I’d be extremely grateful! Else If someone could tell me how to delete a story so I can repost this again under the classification of a fanfic.

Chapter 1 - CHAPTER ONE

Sitting on the couch Victor opened the news blog to the current introduction video to welcome tourists to Galar. Listening to Chairman Rose blabbering on and on about how wonderful Galar was. He wasn't really interested but Hop had told him there would be a battle between his brother the Champion and his rival, which meant he could learn a bit more about this region's specialty; Dynamaxing. He also knew that Hop would quiz him about the battle later.

He barely finished his sigh when a knock sounded and Hop, speak of the devil, walked in.

"Oh! That your flash new phone, Victor?" He only nodded and Hop continued, "Were you watching Lee's exhibition match on it? But you can't cheer him on with your hands full! You know the only way to properly cheer on Lee would be with his famous Charizard pose!"

The corner of Victor's lips twitched in annoyance. He didn't even understand the stupid pose Leon did, it had nothing to do with Charizard. His mother saved him though as she returned from the kitchen. "Hop! Didn't expect to see you here today, dear. Isn't this the big day?"

Victor's ears perked he didn't remember anything special happening today. Though he had a few guesses seeing as he got back his memories today.

"Yeah, that's exactly why I came running over to get Victor! Never mind watching the match now! I've got it recording at home anyway. I record all my brother's matches." Victor nearly tuned him out entirely when Hop suddenly turned to him and he immediately acted interested. "Come with me, Victor! He should be here any minute!"

He was so tempted to ask who in that moment but he bit his tongue to control himself.

"And Lee always brings presents when he visits, so I wouldn't forget that Bag if I were you!"

Ahh so he's still talking about his brother. He rolled his eyes as Hop turned around. Why would his brother bring a present for someone he didn't know?

"Now I've got to run! See you at mine later!"

Sighing he got up and went to his room grabbing his dad's old bag and beanie he said goodbye to his mom and went outside to catch up.

Saying good morning to the Budew outside he immediately saw Hop was waiting for him outside with his Wooloo, obviously not staying true to his word to met at his house.

"Hahaha! Have a look at you, Victor! That old Bag looks like it could pull you over! At least we know that it should hold anything Lee might bring, even if it's as big as a Snorlax!"

Victor snorted at his words. Instead turning his attention to the Wooloo he always saw tackling the fence. Hop followed his gaze. "A Wooloo... But what's it doing there?" He laughed as he saw it tackle the fence gate, "Hey! You silly Wooloo! I see what you're up to! Don't go using Tackle on the fencing! Now, you listen! No going past that fence! No! Everyone knows there are scary Pokémon living in the Slumbering Weald!"

The Wooloo merely ignored his words with a 'Meeeh?".

Victor stared at the Wooloo with curiosity, he could tell it was trying to go somewhere and he knew the Weald wasn't as scary as everyone said. However before he continue his pondering Hop distracted him again. "Now that that's taken care of..." he snorted again loudly this time resulting in Hop giving him a questioning look. "How about it, Victor? Let's race! Bet I can make it to my house first, what with you lugging about that big old Bag!"

He felt annoyance well into his chest as Hop didn't even give him the chance to respond and sprinted to his home. Sighing for what felt like the fifth time today he followed after his friend.
