Jayden panicked when she didn't find Arianna on her bed. It was still very early. Where could Arianna be? She has only been discharged from the hospital last night! He was about to go out of the room to look for her around the house when the cold wind blew and the curtains in the room fluttered with the wind. As the fabric covering the door to the balcony danced, Jayden had a glimpse of a woman sitting on a bedroom lounge chair.
Arianna was there, leaning on the side, staring at the sky with her unfocused eyes. Those orbs wasn't blinking at all as if her mind was in another world.
Jayden sighed. He took a blanket from over the bed and took it to Arianna. He walked to the balcony and quietly covered Arianna's legs.
"It so cold here. And you're thinly dressed. What if you catch a cold."
Arianna heard him but her eyes didn't show it. Her red, puffy eyes were still staring into space. Jayden's heart ached at the sight of her. She had never been like this. Not even when she lost her mother!
"You think that way because I'm here with you. One day, when the time comes that you can't see me anymore, you'll realize how well I treated you." those words that Yago once said echoed in Arianna's mind. Indeed, she never thought how much Yago meant to her until the moment she lost him. Now, no matter how much she cried, it can never bring Yago back.
"Rian..... If I tell you one day that I need to go, would you leave with me?" today, she already has an answer to that. Yes. If she knew, she would never let him go alone. But what's the use of it now?
"You love me? Are you sure?"
Yes. She's now sure about her feelings, but it's already too late. She thought she was smart. But now, she realized that she's nothing but a big idiot.
"I'll come back from the dead for you... So that I can accompany you, and protect you forever." when those words resounded in her mind, the eyes that she thought have no more tears to shed suddenly became wet.
Didn't he say that he'll come back from the dead? He'll accompany me forever, and protect me forever? Why didn't he keep his promise?
With those thoughts, Arianna once again begun crying.

"How is she?"
Carl asked as he saw Jayden standing outside Arianna's room.
"I can't bear to look at her anymore. She's been crying since yesterday." Jayden answered truthfully.
Carl nodded. He then called for a maid and took her with him inside Arianna's room. "Pack some clothes for your young Miss... We're going on a trip."
he said before he went to the balcony to check on his daughter.
"Arianna..." Carl called as he approach her. Like before, Arianna didn't turn to look. Carl sighed and touched her hair. "Come, wash up. We're going to see your mother."
Finally, Arianna lifted her head. She looked up at his father who was standing beside her. Her mother? She sure wants to visit her mother.
Arianna slowly stood up. Her legs were a bit numb from the cold wind and sedentary posture a while ago. She walked slowly, dragging the blanket behind her. She was about to return the blanket on the bed when she saw the maid putting clothes in her luggage. She looked at her father once again, curious.
"Aren't we going to the columbarium? Why do i need my luggage?"

Darkness....
All Yago could see was darkness.
Was he dead? Did he die during that encounter? He tried touching his arms and chest but he couldn't feel anything. What was happening? He couldn't see anything or feel anything. Somehow though, he could faintly hear something. He listened carefully and found out that it was the sound of a heart beat. Was it his? Then, that must mean he's still alive, right?
Yago was glad. He didn't die. He could still keep his promise to Rian. He could still come back to the woman he loves! All he needs to do was wake up!
While he was struggling, he all of a sudden heard someone's voice calling his name.
"Yago..." It was very faint but he recognize that voice.
"Rian!" but he himself can't hear his own voice.
" Yago... You lied to me. You said you'll come back to me..." the voice continued.
"I will keep my promise! I'll find a way to be with you! Wait for me, Rian!"
Yago tried opening her eyes to take a look at Arianna's face, but he couldn't accomplish anything. It was like he was tied to something and he was unable to get up. A heavy object was putting so much weight over his body. He couldn't even open his mouth. Suddenly, he felt like something was grabbing him from behind. The feeling of falling came next, and the next second, his mind was engulfed with a thick fog, shutting down his consciousness completely.

"Diego, how's Vier?" a woman dressed in vintage pink asked as he approached an elderly man.
"He hasn't woken up yet." he answered.
Vier has been unconscious since the surgery and hasn't woken up yet. Diego, too, as Vier's father was worried.
The woman sat beside him, shaking her head. "Diego, I went to see Yago. Aren't you going to take a look at him before he's taken away? We owe him so much. He's our son, too."
"Coralina.... enough!"
The woman stopped talking. She knew it was impossible to convince Diego about the matter. She was unable to convince him twenty one years ago. How could she do that now?
Twenty-one years ago, when Diego decided to send Yago away, she and Diego's father opposed it but they were helpless when he secretly send his son away one stormy night. Every one thought Diego was heartless and that he's overdoing things, but she didn't want to put it that way. In her heart, Coralina believed that Diego were all doing this for something bigger. Yago was their son. He wouldn't want him to be harmed.
"I already made arrangements for that child." she heard Diego stated. "Don't mention his name again. Forget that we ever found him again. This is for the best." his eyes were cold as he was saying those words. "Bear this in mind Coralina. Yago... is dead."
