Soft breaths rose in the room as Su Li stared at her mother who just asked her to do something so crazy she thought she was dreaming. Su Suyin stared her daughter down waiting for her to respond with a yes as usual.
"Mom,do you even understand what you are saying?' Su Li asked with tears slowly slipping out of her eyes.
"Yes I do and it's the least you can do for your sister, this scandal could ruin her career and her future marriage plans to President Mo" Su Suyin said while stirring the cup of tea on her hands elegantly as if she did not just ask her younger daughter to carry a scandal so big that it could ruin her life.
"This is a big issue Mum, we are not talking about toys or my failing exams to let her look good, we are not talking about you forcing me to marry President Mo in her place,we..' Her mother quickly cut her off while shouting angrily
"Don't mention President Mo as If we did you any harm,It's your good luck to be able to marry President Mo of the Qin conglomerate. We thought the wedding contract was for his dumb elder brother,if we had know it was to him ,do you think we would have sent you to replace Liqiu" She took a sip of tea to calm herself down as she returned to her previous composed manner " Your sister has the whole world in front of her okay,just be good and do it for her ,Your husband is Mo Bojing he will be able to get you out of prison because you are his wife. Liqiu is just a small actress and if she goes to prison for murder,her career is over."
Su Li grasped her bag strap tightly ,her face now bloodless . Her mother and Wang Liqiu had never wasted an opportunity to show off Liqiu's film empress title several times in her face but now that Liqiu might go to jail because she ran a construction worker down after a night of partying with her so called bigshot friends. On that same night ,she was at home hiding from Mo Bojing,her legal husband like she had been doing for the past year all because Wang Liqiu came to her with tears in her eyes begging her as her younger sister to not fall in in love with Mo Bojing because she was in love with him and like a fool she complied.
For once in her life ,Su Li decided to be brave as she stared at the woman who looked exactly like her "No"
"What do you mean by No?". "I meant I am not taking the blame for your daughter anymore" Su Li said while standing up to leave the private room.
"What do you mean by my daughter,she is your sister too and I wasn't asking .You are going to take the blame or what do you think will happen to Su Yang." Su Suyin slowly sipped her tea while she waited for Su Li's response. " I will take care of my brother myself.I have long accepted the fact that he is not your son because if he was truly your son the you wouldn't threaten me with his life" Su Li quickly opened the door and left not even wanting to see her mother's reaction.

"Young Miss" The chef tentatively called out the Su Li. "Yes?"
"Sir asked you to join him for dinner this evening". " Tell him I am not hungry"Su Li replied while walking up the stairs.
"He said you must be there, ma'am"
" Fine I'll join Mo Bojing for dinner" The chef finally left after getting the answer he wanted.
