The room looked so quiet. There were only six people, their Great General—Rajasa the big man who had been 'defeated' by Kalan, Biru, Kalan, and the rest were several high-ranking BIN officials. The atmosphere is not very good considering that Kalan and Rajasa have never tried to improve their relationship after the beating at the hospital a year ago. But Kalan of course never regretted his actions, because this Great General also contributed indirectly to Elektra's accident.
