The blonde got to the top and reached the window fast enough to hear the gunshots and an explosion from the back entrance of his ditch.
BOOM!!!
He raised his gun to shoot only to find out that apart from his support. There was no one outside. There was suddenly silence for a while.
A flash of metal coming from the inside the ditch caused him to concentrate as a grenade landed in front of his support. The support's AI compelled it to dodge as the support went down.
He was just about to adjust his aim when he heard heavy footsteps coming towards him. He turned back and saw a supporting character aiming to shoot.
He quickly dived down while he raised his own gun to fire. The support aimed to shoot but was too slow and ended up receiving two bullets to the head. He stood up and aimed outside once again.
He had to protect the entrance to the building or else he'll be ambushed!
He barely saw his opponent coming out of the ditch and firing three shots. One to the mine at the entrance which blew up dust and impaired his vision, with the other two fired straight at his support's chest. He quickly aimed and started shooting.
His opponent was like a wraith as he quickly took down his support and dived back into the ditch before he got in a couple of shots. But his accuracy was good, before his opponent dived down, He got a shot at his left arm.
'What?'
He was frustrated! He had lost both of his supports and his movement was hindered and all he had gotten in was a shot in the arm.
How did his opponent dodge the mines? Did he shoot them all? His opponent might probably still have a support left. And how did he know there was a mine outside?
Too many unknowns were a risk but he had no answers. He calmly analyzed his situation as he watched for movement
Reo was inside the ditch with his last support character. Having found out that one of his support was gone, he was now in a dire situation. He couldn't move out because blondie was probably setting his sights at both entrances waiting for him.
He had hoped that his support outside would end it but after seeing his support's icon blacked out on the screen, his hopes were dashed. It barely even did its job as a distraction right!
He had to admit blondie was good, his plan would have worked if not for the fact that he saw through it and counterattacked. And the fact that he was an excellent sniper made him harder to deal with. Reo was confident in his reflexes and speed but he still managed to lose an arm against blondie's shots.
In the beginning, he had quickly scouted around and made his plan. Watching the previous game, he realized that his opponent was one to set traps so he hoped to outsmart him.
He quickly got his sights on the dilapidated building near his enemy's ditch and ran quickly to it. He set a mine on the stairs in case blondie had the urge to snipe him out and set one of his support to hide behind a barricade nearby.
He then took the other one and quickly circled back and waited for a while. After seeing that he hadn't come out of his ditch, he decided to flush him out.
He slowly went into the ditch checking out for mines and disabling them. When he reached the last corner before the back exit, he heard a muffled explosion outside and guessed that he must have fallen for the mine.
'Yes!' he cheered inwardly. Things were going as planned.
In his momentary joy after disabling the last mine, he lost caution and directly stepped towards the exit, he detected the support character but a little too late. The support fired a multitude of shots as Reo quickly dodged behind cover.
His support opened fire recklessly at the enemy as a gunfight ensured. Although they were AI, the supports were good. He threw a grenade at the support to quickly end the fight. His aim was good but nowhere near perfect and it would be harder to aim in a rain of bullets
'Too close!' he sighed inwardly.
He wasn't sure how his opponent was prepared for him outside so he took a peek. Using a technique he found in-game, he recognized the mine at the entrance and saw the top of a helmet behind a barricade not far away.
He also caught sight of a gun barrel at the top of the building all with two quick peeks without his opponent noticing. He ordered his support outside to enter the building and attack to distract blondie while he could hopefully take down the support character safely.
After that, shit happened and he was now where he was. His support had been too slow and cost him an arm.
'Now... How would I deal with this?'.
He pulled out the desert eagle as it was now his only usable weapon and smiled as he thought.
'That'll work fine I guess'
The blonde was still aiming and waiting, there was no move available for his opponent now. He could only come out and face his bullets. He was extremely confident in his accuracy and was sure that the battle would be over once his opponent stepped out.
He noticed movement at the ditch's front entrance and smiled, finally! Two figures simultaneously came out of the ditch and headed for the building.
He ignored the support and went for his opponent aiming for a headshot. He calmly took his aim, he had only one shot before his opponent would get undercover. He steadied his gun and just before his opponent got under the building, he fired!
The movement was swift as his opponent did a quick side shuffle and dodged the bullet.
"What!?" he was extremely surprised. How did he dodge the bullet with such precision!?
How is dodging a single bullet even a thing? it's like he knew the exact moment the bullet would hit!
He quickly recovered from the shock. Both his opponent and the support were now in the building. He had to take them out. He aimed at the stairs and waited.
He heard footsteps going up the stairs and quickly aimed. The sound became louder as a support showed itself. Before he could start firing, two grenades almost simultaneously flew from the stairs and landed at the two corners of the narrow room.
'Shit!', he hissed. There was no other way out now. He didn't waste time on the decision and jumped out the window.
He might sprain another ankle but he would survive.
THUMP!
He landed hard! He was quick enough to raise his head to see a desert eagle pointed at his head before a bullet shot rang out.
BANG!
'YOU HAVE BEING KILLED!'
