"This is getting boring..." Sandstorm says to herself getting tired of playing the tycoon style thing she has going on.
'I could just time travel to the future...' Sandstorm wonders.
"Should I fake my death?" Sandstorm mutters as she begins writing ideas down on paper.
"Nah lets go with a locked room disappearance." Sandstorm mutters as she begins writing down location ideas.
Suddenly there is a knock on the door.
"Hey Alia?" Howard says coming in.
"Yes dad?" Sandstorm says hiding her plans.
"You left this in my office again." Howard says putting down a wallet that has a shield ID badge with the number 10 on it.
"Yeah, sorry just kinda almost want to quit after what the government is trying to do." Sandstorm says wondering if she could make it look like her disappearance is the government's fault.
"Yeah operation Paper clip doesn't sit well with me either." Howard says
"What did they want again? Inter continental ballistic missles? I could easily design those. Putting a man in space and with the end goal of the moon. I had a plan set up to put a man on Mars. I even drafted plans for S.W.O.R.D and they denied it all." Sandstorm says upset.
"Well... We made sure to destroy those right? If they don't want the Stark's to help then we won't help at all." Howard says
"Yeah... Thanks dad, luckily it's seems our investments are going good. So that's at least good. I'm just worried about letting Hydra survivors into Shield. Not to mention they seem to be suppressing my rights since I'm a woman, it would be so much easier if you just took the credit dad." Sandstorm says
"Yeah next time someone says you belong in the kitchen shoot them." Howard says
"I will have you know I am a great cook." Sandstorm replies.
"Sorry Alia, it's just it seems like you were used for the war. Then once it was over they just casted you aside like all the women that were working in the munitions factories." Howard says
"Give it about 5 more years women will be marching on Washington." Sandstorm says with a smile.
"That would show those old fashioned Congress men to put a sock in it." Howard says
"We will see right?" Sandstorm says
"Have a good night Alia." Howard says leaving.
"Needs to happen in a public area so there can be witnesses." Sandstorm mutters
'Pentagon? Nah the could cover it up too easily. Capital Building. I could probably do it there.' Sandstorm mutters as a blueprint of the building magically appears in front of her. Secret passages and all.
"Let's leave some letters behind." Sandstorm says pulling out some papers and envelopes.
==================
At the Capital Building
Sandstorm walks in past the minimal security in a dress. Everyone knows her she is considered a hero along with the rest of the Howling Commandos.
It was that day Alia Stark walked into the Capital Building in Washington DC. To not walk out having disappeared off the face of the earth, in front of several thousands people.
=====================
Howard walks into Sandstorm's room the next morning. He finds a letter addressed to him.
"So you finally decided to go. I always knew after you sent Peggy and her daughter forward." Howard says reading the letter.
He then notices the other letter with a photo scrap book for them.
"Anthony Stark, my unborn little brother?" Howard asks before deciding to ignore it since he wouldn't mind having a son.
