Chapter 1 - Intro

Every town has the cliche labels such as the town drunk, the class clown, and even the most hated. In a small town of less than a thousand people, Leavenworth, lived Jackson Collin Levine. Within city limits, he was considered nothing more than a pest. Though, he had done nothing to deserve the hate everyone in Leavenworth held for him.

Jackson was six foot-seven inches, a head taller than most. His sun tanned skin went well with the long black hair that framed his face. His muscular body didn't seem to match the soft features his face portrayed. His eyes, in his opinion, were his best feature. They seemed to hold the rainbow and it would dim or lighten according to his mood. On his right peck was a pink birthmark in the shape of a small wolf.

Going into his senior year, Jackson is ready for his high-school experience to end. Jackson was always a lone wolf but he was ready to see who and what else was outside of the small town he had grown up in. He was ready to see what the other parts of the world had in store for him.

However, there are more questions than answers when it comes to what and who Jackson really is. His family had secrets that would come back to haunt them. Strange things begin to happen when he finds a book with blank pages on the sidewalk one day. His new best friend is not what he thought. Will he accept his friend for who she is? Will he figure out his fate before it is too late? Can he sort out his family's problems alone?
