Natalie comes back from work.
"Osmooond, I'm hooomee!"
No response.
She takes off her bra, changes into sweatpants and a tank top, and goes to the kitchen.
"That jerk ate without me!" –She thinks as she notices a portion of the food missing.
She goes to his room, knocks on the door a few times and calls for Osmond. No response. She opens his door and sees Osmond sleeping in a position one might find in a kung fu movie. Natalie giggles at his sleeping posture and exits his room, trying not to make any noise while shutting the door. She goes to the kitchen, washes her hands in the sink, serves her food and thanks God for it, and starts eating. After eating, she goes back to Osmond's room and climbs into his bed. He doesn't wake up. She watches him sleep for a while, but eventually gets bored and decides to wake him. She lies down on top of him and quietly starts calling his name,
"Osmond."
No response.
"Oz, wake up." –This time a bit louder.
He slowly opens his eyes.
"What are you doing?"
"I'm waking you."
"Would you please get off me?"
"No way."
"It's kinda hard to breathe."
"Too bad."
Osmond rolls over and Natalie slides off him.
"Why'd you eat without me?"
"I'm sorry, for some reason I got really sleepy, so I decided to eat right away and take a nap."
"Hmm… I forgive you."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"That's good, you're such a good girl."
"Thank you. So how come you're not all flustered with me lying right here next to you?"
"I'm too tired for that. Also, I might've gotten used to it."
"You're no fun."
"Mmm, whatever."
Osmond rolls over again. Natalie starts lightly shaking him.
"Hey, don't go back to sleep."
"Lay off."
"Get up."
"Just 10 more minutes."
"Get up right now!"
"Whyyy?"
"Because I want you to get up!"
"That's not a good reason."
"Get up or I'm pushing you off."
"You're so mean, geez."
Osmond slowly sits up. He looks at Natalie, then slowly lies back down.
"Oh, come on!"
He doesn't move.
"That's it, I'm pushing you off!"
"No, ow, stop it, don't-"
With a loud thud, Osmond falls down to the floor.
"You're such a jerk!"
"I told you I'd push you off if you didn't get up."
"Natalie, please get out of my room."
"...You're not gonna start hating me, are you?"
"Natalie, please just get out."
"Now I feel bad."
"You should feel bad."
"I'm sorry for pushing you off, please don't hate me."
"I'm not gonna hate you."
"Do you still want me to get out?"
Osmond looks at her with a stern expression, then sighs.
"Just help me up."
Natalie helps him up and he sits down on his bed.
"Could you get me a glass of water, please? It's the one next to the sink."
"Sure."
She brings him a glass of water. He drinks half of it, then puts the glass on his nightstand.
He stares at the floor for a few seconds.
"Now write a letter of reflection on why you shouldn't push people off their beds."
Natalie lightly pushes Osmond.
"Now you're just teasing me."
"You have until Friday."
"…Hey Oz, are you still mad at me?"
"No, but don't do it again."
"I won't."
"Okay then. So why did you wake me?"
"Umm… I forgot."
"I'm going back to sleep."
He lies on his bed with his face down.
"Osmond, no!"
Natalie gets on top and starts shaking him.
"Osmond, please get up!"
"Mmph."
"C'moooonnn, please?"
He turns his head.
"Leave me alone."
"You promised we'd hang out!"
"I didn't promise anything."
"Still, let's hang out and play games and have fun! C'mon Oooozzzz..."
She starts shaking him more and more.
"Fine, just stop shaking me already and get off."
"Yay!"
Osmond rolls over and sits up.
"So what are we gonna do?"
"Let's go to the living room first."
"Fine."
Osmond gets up. Natalie grabs his hand, leads him to the couch, and they sit down.
"Wanna play rodge rocer?"
"Whatever."
She gets up, turns on the TV and the PloyStotion, boots up the game and comes back to the couch with two controllers. She gives one to Osmond, and soon enough, they start playing.
