Liwei was the type of person who likes to constantly move around; A privileged child who doesn't like to be bound by golden chain. For 21 years he manages to follow his parent's plans for him. He loves the attention and the special treatment people gave him, this became part of his daily routine. There's even a point in his life that he thought that people really likes him for who he is, when in fact they're just using him.
"Hey, have you heard the news?"
"What news?" one of the employee asked out of curiously.
The man looked around. "Liwei is going to marry the Governor's Daughter. Kimberly Chen." he whispers
"Poor her. He will marry a good for nothing, self-entitled guy."
The man quickly covers his friends' mouth. "Can you keep quiet? What if someone hears you?"

"Eat." Ace said to Liwei, placing cooked noodles in front of him which serves as their dinner.
"Ah, thanks." He nods. It's been awhile since someone actually cooked for him, this reminds him of his mom. Liwei is a picky eater and doesn't usually eat food that is instant. But for unknown reason he feels that the Instant noodles in front of him is the tastiest food he had ever tasted. Ace is cold but also warm Liwei thought; at that moment he understood why his friend Oliver became friends with Ace.
"Do you like guys?" Ace asked out of nowhere.
Liwei froze, He look at Ace squinting; and wondered if he heard him right.
"I said. Do you like men?" Ace repeated his question to Liwei.
Regarding the straightforward and inappropriate question, Liwei had an impression that Ace was just trying to start a conversation. Liwei was about to answer his question when Ace move his face closer to his. Too close that their face is almost an inch apart.
"Because if you are, you should know I hate it when a guy ogles at me" Ace said looking at Liwei's eyes before pulling back.
Liwei pursed his lips in anger. Just a moment ago he thought they were ok. A moment ago he thought Ace was a good person, that he can also be his friend. Turns out Ace is just an asshole, who thinks he is some sort of gay.
Just when Ace is about to open the door of his room, Liwei went after him and said "I'm not gay and If I became one" Liwei paused and look at Ace from head to toe as if he was judging him. "I will never date a man like you" and just like that Ace went inside his room.
That night Liwei wasn't able to sleep; not because he still needs to sleep on the floor. But because he keeps on remembering Ace handsome face.
