When Detective Rogers got to the station, he learned that one from the investigation team managed to find a witness that could possibly point them to the culprit.
"The suspect that buried a body part in the woods and buried another part in the construction site is the same? Hmm sounds quite interesting."
He said while rubbing his chin, something that he would usually do whenever he was deep in contemplation
"This man is our suspect."
The officer that conducted the interview with the concerned citizen who reported on the police station that morning declared with confidence, but Detective Rogers only gave him words of discouragement afterward.
"Officer Decker, you are more naive than I thought. On what account that made you think that way? By any chance, did you happen to secure a concrete lead at hand?"
"Not quite a lead, but the homeless guy already testified about it himself and---"
