Upon hearing the dreadful update coming from the coroner's office, Detective Rogers only nodded his head. He was not in a bit surprised by the news anymore since it was not actually far from what he expected.
For some reason, way before the autopsy result even confirmed it, his gut feeling had already told him that the body parts that turned up from their District were indeed from the same victim.
"How about the specific of the location? Have anyone of you already thought about gathering information regarding it?"
After giving his subordinates quite some time to digest the information, the detective inquired further. But this time, he already tore his eyes away from the written reports that he had on his hands and instead used those same deep eyes to linger in the room and looked around the group of people gathered around him.
