Using their mental link, Nathalia replied to Aiden with obvious delight on her voice
Well, at least she had now confirmed that Aiden was just as affected to her presence as to how she was to him.
It was not one-sided as how she initially thought it was.
It was just that Aiden was trying hard to fight it off.

She told Jace afterward but she secretly cast a side glance at Aiden trying to see how the other party would react.
And when she saw how Aiden was blushing and was feeling shy upon hearing her bold declaration of love towards him, Nathalia smiled inwardly.
Jace, on the other hand, remained silent for he was not sure what to say.
