But then after a while, Aiden realized how judgmental his opinion may have sounded. So he quickly backed up his claim.
Especially so when he saw Greg looking at him in a weird way.
"Err... I am not particularly saying that you are a liar Greg, okay? That is not what I meant when I say that. All that I am trying to say is, that is how humans are in general. I believed that we could at least both agree that once in our lifetime we do tell a lie. Sugar-coated words, white lies, whatever you call it. In fact, lying was one of those things that we still keep on doing despite knowing that it was wrong. It was that one sin that was really hard to evade. Especially to us, boys, in particular, right, Greg?"
Aiden said hurriedly in his defense and he even roped Greg into agreeing with him. To which Greg was not able to deny.
