As their conversation wound down, the sound of a car pulling up outside the coffee shop caught their attention. Gabriella glanced out the window and saw Primo's familiar figure stepping out of the sleek black vehicle. Her heart fluttered, and she couldn't help but flash a wondrous smile at the sight of her lover. Evangelina, of course, noticed and grinned knowingly.
"Oh, look who's here," Evangelina teased, nudging Gabriella playfully. "Your knight in shining armor has arrived. You two really make such a perfect pair."
Gabriella blushed, trying to suppress a smile. "Don't tease me," she murmured.
Evangelina chuckled, clearly enjoying her sister's embarrassment. "Come on, Gabby, everyone can see how much he adores you. And honestly, I like him for you. Very much. Apart from being El Tigre, I can see how he would go far to make sure you are safe and well. I am happy for you, sister. I really hope the best for you."
