The twins were transported to another realm, the human realm, in which there is no magic and no light-users nor dark-users. The prophesy states that they will come back (to judge the living and the dead, ok I'm just kidding this is sounding like the apostle's creed) to resume their mission. Lea Alexandra Mae Mira and Leo Alexander Moe Mira, are the twins of the prophesy. They are also known in the magic realm as the: 'LONG LOST ROYAL LIGHT-USER TWINS OF THE WHITE LANDS' It's long, I know. But the twins don't know this yet... And now it's time they find out...

Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1

Third Person

That day, Kelly, a shop owner, was going through the forest near her house just to walk around. That night was the night the war was happening, and she needed something to calm her down, so she just went for a walk.

She walked straight, turned, her feet carried her deeper inside the forest, but she didn't feel a trace of panic, all and everything around her being too familiar. From the trees with the little broken branches that her late father had cut for her to remember the way home, to the noises of the fallen leaves crunching beneath her every step.

Some of the branches had dead leaves on them, some had none, while some were even growing back over the past years. It gave her memories, memories of her childhood, of her parents. She smiled, it felt bittersweet.

Her reminisce was cut short when she heard cries and wails, all coming from one direction–her left. She started walking to the direction, feeling both worried and curious.

She stopped right in front of a particular tree, it's trunk looked like it was some kind of passage way because of the big space in between it. And by the roots of the tree was where the crying noise came from–two infants, both wrapped with white layers of cloth, both also crying loudly.

It broke her heart to hear those cries from the two babies, so she picked them up, one on each arm, bouncing a bit to try and stop their wails. It worked. The babies stopped crying in her arms, she felt a rush of pride come through her, but she quickly shook her head to get rid of those thoughts and looked around.

She turned her head on every direction around her, but to no avail, she saw no one. She started to call out for help, trying to see if the parents or anyone related to the children were around. But no one was there, no one heard her. So she decided to go home, she'll report the happenings to the kingdom authorities so that they can pass it to the Royal family.

When anyone in their respective kingdoms needed help, it was the best thing to do so that the King or Queen can hear about the problem and make a solution for it. Not that no one else can provide a solution for it, but because the Royalties' opinions and actions for the problem are always the best.

She hastily went home after a quick look at her wrist watch, it was going to get dark soon, so she needed to hurry. She reached home soon enough, she went in through the back door, knowing that her husband wouldn't open the front door since he was still taking a nap–which needed to end soon.

Their home was near the Golden forest of the Northern Lights Kingdom, and the Golden forest is the evacuation area for the citizens of the Kingdom that won't be able to fight in the war. And since their house is already by the forest, the Kingdom authorities decided that they won't be participating in the war anymore.

After struggling to open the door and succeeding to do so, she went upstairs to her's and her husband's shared bedroom, only to find him still asleep, she looked down at the two infants in her arms, both fell asleep on the walk home, and both were now warmed up in her embrace, she smiled.

Putting the babies down on the bed next to her husband, she sat on the bed and made sure that the babies won't fall off the bed before waking her husband up.

"Hun, wake up, I have something to show you..."

Her husband stirred in his sleep, still not waking up. Kelly sighed, why was her husband such a heavy sleeper? She was still impressed on her husband's ability to sleep through anything.

She tried multiple time to wake him up, her ninth try proving to be successful, as her husband finally opened his eyes. "Hun, get up!" She encouraged.

Her husband gave her a small peck on the lips before saying, "What is it hun?"

"I was walking through the forest awhile ago, but then I saw something..." She started. "I saw two babies on the ground."

And with that, her husband springed up to a sitting position while looking at his wife like she was crazy.

He asked to what she thought was a million questions, "Really?! What were they doing there? Where are their parents? Where are they right now? Did y–" his words stopped when Kelly suddenly put her hand on her husband's mouth, muffling any sound coming from it.

"Shut up! Okay, first of all, yes, really, and I do not know why they were there, I also don't know where their parents are, I thought about going to the Kingdom authorities tomorrow, and they're right here beside you on the bed." She said.

Her husband, Joshua, quickly glanced behind him, his eyes going wide after seeing the two infants right in front of him. He gently took one of them in his arms, then looking at Kelly, he said, "They look so cute...They seem to be fraternal twins, do you know their genders?".

"No, not yet, let me check." She replied while picking up the other baby from the bed, she unwrapped the layers of cloths from it and took a peek, "This one's a girl...Give me that little one, I'll check while you hold this little cutey".

"OK." Joshua agreed.

Kelly did the same as the other one and took a peek, "This little one's a boy...".

Joshua paused before looking into Kelly's eyes, "What do you think their powers are?"

Kelly answered, "I didn't get to see their eyes clearly awhile ago."

Joshua asked, "Shouldn't we check?".

"Yeah, but they're still asleep, maybe when they wake up, we can feed them and check while doing it." Kelly replied. "I think you should stay here with them while I go to the market to buy them some formula and clothes." She added.

"OK, be back soon..."

"OK, I will, bye hun..."

***

The days past, and turned into months, Kelly already reported the happenings to the Kingdom authorities a day after that night, but they never got an answer.

The war ended an the Light users won, even if some died and got injured, everyone still did their best and succeeded into making the dark users fall.

When Joshua sent a letter to the Kingdom authorities about the matter regarding the two children, what he got was another letter. And when he opened it with Kelly, it said...

'Dear Mr. and Mrs. Mira,

We received your letter regarding the two infants you have found in the Golden forest at the night of the war between the light and the dark users, we are deeply sorry for not responding immediately. Everything has been very busy in the Kingdom after the war so we weren't able to make proper action to your matter. Unfortunately, we have not received any reports on any missing children even in the other Kingdoms except for the children of the Queen and King of the Western Lights Kingdom. But all of us are certain that the children you have found are not the Queen and King's children, for the Queen transported them to the Silver forest of the Western Lights Kingdom, and not the Golden forest of the Northern Lights Kingdom. We all suggest that you wait for three more months for any reports on any missing children, and if there is none, the two infants will be given up for adoption, or if you want to you can adopt them yourselves, at any time. But we strongly recommend that you do what we have suggested, just to be sure that no one is looking for any children with the probability that the children you have found is theirs.

Sincerely,

KA & Q & K'

And at the bottom of the letter, was the signatures of the Queen and King and the head of the KA (Kingdom Authorities). The husband and wife duo were thinking about the contents of the letter, both were hesitant yet excited.

Hesitant, on the thought of taking care of two infants and having to let them go when their real parents find them, and excited, excited on being with them as a family even if it meant having to let go after three months.

The two adults had greatly bonded with the two babies. The duo naming the boy, Lorenzo Alexander Moe Mira, and the baby girl, Lea Alexandra Mae Mira. Both infants had galaxy eyes, just like the Queen and King of the Western Lights Kingdom...but Kelly and Joshua just shrugged away those thoughts, thinking back on the reply letter the KA sent to them.

One of the things that the couple notice about the children is that, the boy, Lorenzo, is always smiling, whilst the girl, Lea, had emotionless eyes, and an expressionless face. It made the couple worry that Lea wasn't receiving the exact amount of love and care as Lorenzo, but after a few weeks, they understood that her being emotionless was natural, all because of the same dream they had one night...

'The surroundings were dark nothing could be seen but each other, Joshua and Kelly waited. They knew that there was a reason on why they were having a shared dream. Suddenly, a bright light was before them, they thought it was a light to guide them in the dark, that is, until, the light spoke to them...'

The light turned out to be the spirit of the Light Goddess trying to speak to them. She told them about the twin's real identity, that they were the lost children of the Queen and King of the Western Lights Kingdom. Their powers, the reason why they ended up in the Golden forest, why they shouldn't be in their Kingdom, why they needed to be protected...everything.

It turned out that Lea and Lorenzo were part of the prophesy, they should be trained and nurtured without their parents because even if they were defeated in the first war, darkness still lurks and waits for the right time to pounce in and end everything. At the time of the dream the twins were only a little after eight months old.

They have all of the powers and abilities that existed, even the ones that has not yet been discovered and named. The prophesy states that they will be the ones to destroy all darkness, end the leader of the dark users, and save the ones who are innocent.

And because of all of these, Kelly and Joshua decided to adopt the twins and do as the prophesy states. They will train them and make them the most powerful beings the world has ever seen but they will be trained with a heart, not with just strictness and strength. After all, Joshua was one of the most skilled fighters in their generation, and Kelly was one if the most skilled people to control both her abilities and powers.

Kelly has power over anything related to nature, unlike the people who has the earth element as their power, her power is much more than controlling the ground, she can control animals, grow plants in flick of her hand, and many more. Her abilities are heightened senses, telekinesis, and flight.

While Joshua has the power the deadly element, fire. He can set different things–even people–on fire within just a blink of an eye. His abilities are teleportation and telekinesis as well.

The couple promised and vowed in front of the Light Goddess that they will do anything in their power just to make sure that the twins will live a great life and a special one.
