"How do you know I met someone?" Xue Lin looked at him.
Ge Chen replied truthfully, "Because I didn't think of you as the type of person who would go shopping."
"Oh, yeah, you are right. I don't. You are observant. I like it." Xue Lin praised him before going back to the main topic, "Well, I did tell her it wasn't needed, but she forced me."
"When is the reunion?" He asked casually. He didn't want to look like he was trying to pry but he was.
She answered, "On coming Saturday."
Ge Chen noticed her calmness and asked, "You don't look very excited."
"Because I'm not. I'm nervous though. I left without telling anyone anything. I'm not sure how to act in front of them. They are going to ask me a lot of questions which… I don't want to answer." 'And I don't want to remember.' Xue Lin clenched her fists subconsciously.
"You can skip it if you want to." Ge Chen suggested.
