I sat on my bed and try to calm myself. Too much happening recently. I tried to organize my breath. 'let's just think about it tomorrow but should I accept Arlette and Elise. Both of them are good girls, but they might be entangled with my problem. I got power, I only need to get stronger.'

The night pass and the sunlight get inside the room. I notice the light and I open my eyes. 'Morning training, it's been a long time.'. I get off from the bed and when to the training ground.
No one from the heroes here yet. Only the soldier that already start their training. The soldier stops sparring for a second before being scolded out.
Gillhart the head of the royal guard walk to me "So, you are also a hero. Even though I can't forgive you for making Princess Arlette crying. I still need to train the heroes as the king's command."

I gave them a light warning "Don't get inside the circle." I then walk in the middle and sit cross-legged. I start to manipulating mana around me and compressed it according to my drawing.
Let in more mana and increase the intensity inside. Soon, a group of my classmates showed up. Arlette and Elise also showed up. Both of them keep their stature around other soldiers and my classmates even though they kept glancing at me.
Then I release the mana upward and take a rest while watching what Gillhart teaches the other. I take some part that could strengthen my technique which I combine from Earth and Vastoria. I work with my father combining it.
My technique from Earth is the same technique Rime use. I used to train in her dojo, that's why I met her.
After a quick rest, I decided to check my status and dumb the skills point on Two-Handed sword handling and upgrading it to Champion Level.

The mastery didn't move a little bit, a lot of information can be obtained when you upgrade your skills. I got up and start doing my routine to swing a wooden sword. I won't have any sparring partner with this kind of situation.

I take some rest after doing it 5 times and Arlette also Elise takes this chance to give me a towel and water. I ignore the gaze and just smile to thank them.
Next is practicing magic. I want to make new magic but it's too much spectator. So I just practice my casting. I draw the magic circle in the air and destroy it over and over again to deny the spell. Or else I could destroy the wall with my status right now.
Some soldier laughing since they thought I fail my spell but I don't mind. I start sweating when my mana decreases below half my mana pool. So I turn back to meditate to restore my mana.

"Hmmm... Then how about a talk with us, right here?" Arlette giving ideas. "Sure." I said and rotate my chair. Both of them grab a chair and sit in front of me. "Ask me anything." I said with full confidence.
"What do you think about us?" Arlette starts the question. "For me, both of you are beautiful in your own way. Elise had this cute personality and shy, while you had a noble beauty personality." I said blatantly.
"Th... Then How do you feel about us?" Elise blushed red but still ask. "Right, that's a tricky question. Let me tell you first about human nature. We tend to try to keep or protect something beautiful. Even more, if the beautiful thing is ours. While I know both of you are beautiful and I also had a thing for a beautiful girl. I will always have nature to protect you. Frankly, I like both of you but I know both of you aren't mine. So, I will also keep my distance but don't take me wrong. "Why!?" She asks quickly and agitated. "Because, I still had my problem, if I marry you. I could drag the entire conflict not only to you but this kingdom and more important. You don't know me." I explained.
"We don't need to know and we will back you up if you're in danger. So, even without our relationship. You will still drag this kingdom down." Arlette said pouting and Elise nodded repeatedly. "We believe in you. Isn't that enough?" Elise said with a determined face.
Looking at both of their faces and their conviction made me laugh. "Don't laugh, we really love you. We also want to protect you. Even now, you're more fragile than us. You don't even know yourself."
I think about it for a second and laugh again "Hahahaha... both of you got me this time. Yes, we don't need any reason to love. Love is a strange thing. You want to hold them, protect them from danger and I also didn't k ow what happen to myself."
"Then, do you agree to take care of us?" Arlette asks with enthusiasm. Elise glared at me. "Hah~ I can't win with girls. Fine." I said and both of them bolted out of the room.
"Is this what you aim for? to help me? I even got defeated by your daughter." I said while smiling and closing my eyes. "Hooo... Since when?" Edlyn comes out from behind the bookshelf.
"When both of them get in. I try new magic. I sense 3 people while the one moves carefully." I said explaining it to her. "Still, you looked like Leon in his early days. I just couldn't help it. Son" Edlyn said and went out of the room.
"Hah~ are you mocking me or something with that call?" I said while no one can hear me. 'Seems like it's not that bad. At first, I'm scared that I can't protect them but now I have to.'
