The biggest calamity I could think of is a star dying, a two part process where a star can't handle its own gravitational pull and collapses on itself creating a massive explosion and then leaving a black hole behind which suck's everything on its way depending on the size of it. This if I can materialise it would make my old ultimate spell obsolete.
The fusion magic i used to use because of my old human body couldn't handle the explosive force was fused so well so as to just fuse the characteristics and not the explosive effects of opposing magic coming together, but now I can use the explosive force in 2 grades with Air and Fire and Water and Earth but it is still not enough to call it an Ultimate magic . the destructive force can only incapacitate a 8th-Circle Magician and and not affect anyone of a higher calibre.This skill should not be used on regular people but only on monsters on whom regular and normal magic won't work on.
I started preparing for this magic I created a dimension home a disconnected subspace where there won't be any effect on the real world, over there I create 2 massive round shapes with Earth Magic and added gravity to them and then I superheated it enough to reach the temperature of the surface of the sun, I used gravity magic and several others to increase the momentum to the max and collided them with enough force to melt everything and then I created a blackhole with Dark Magic, Gravity Magic and Dismantling Magic which would in essence result in a huge explosion that will release mountain levels of shrapnel and several seconds later the blackhole basically takes everything inside it and completely shreds the monster whom its being used against if they are still alive.
I spent the rest of my 2 days in order to iron out the kinks and have it work just how I wanted it to be, although the output isn't to the level I expected this two-step flow has enough power to one-shot most 8th circle magicians and hopefully at least affect a 9th-Circle Magician. After forming this I use the rest of my time gathering enough Mana to go breakthrough the 7th-Circle and keep condensing it more, the reason for being able to do that is that every moment I am taking in Mana directly while breathing which doesn't happen with normal humans, and the input was quite less as a new dragonoid so I opened them up after a lot of training so every moment I am stronger than I previously was.
The dimension home i have built has a time spell on it which makes the time in the subspace move at incredibly slow rate thus every 10 minutes in the subspace is equivalent to 1 minute in the real world. Although we don't use it often because it reduces of lifetimes, I can use it now to a certain extent because being a dragonoid has raised my lifetime to over 500 years. Thus these 3 days have been equal to 30 days. While Abberon is using the 5:1 ratio subspace because her lifetime is as big as 300 years.
After practicing the spell for 100's of times and then recovering my Mana my base has become incredibly strong, i am now prepared for most anything that should come at my way. After our preparations me and Abberon keep sparring with different methods in order to get to play our multiple strategies.
Abberon has become a terrifying force with her halberd and new magic spells she has been working on. She is also preparing in mind attacks in order to completely incapacitate them. She is thus able to defeat me 2 out of 5 times while we are imposing restrictions and only working with our weaker magic or abilities.
I have also leveled up my spirit magic level which has resulted in some incredible power, I can summon all 4 elementals simultaneously and their strengths have each increased to natural calamity levels.
Time is something which not everyone has a lot off so we decide to end our training now and spend the rest of our fourth day which has started to relax our body and get used to it. We go to the new shop which Opera is opening and offered to help if she needs any, she said that she would definitely ask and when we decide to go around different town's Opera said that she will come together with us when we asked her if she wants to.
We go around to different cities and exploring them and having the street foods from them, we had a great time looking around everywhere and buying something we might need and something we needed.
Overall it was a great day of rest to prepare our nerves, for tomorrow's tournament because if we don't rest our bodies occasionally even if we don't feel tired the exhaustion will accumulate resulting in inferior performance. Although our bodies are becoming stronger we need a mental rest as well in order to get rid of our fatigues.
After roaming around different cities we decided that we would return back to the inn and rest for tomorrow, we return to the inn and after having dinner lay down to sleep in our rooms. I have already casted a selectively permeable barrier preventing DevilKin or anyone with any hostile intention against us from passing through towards the inn. It was strong enough to even prevent an 8th-Circle magician from trying something funny. There were also alarms throughout the area to notify us in case of them attacking. Although it is not necessary but it's better to be safe than sorry later. And then I sleep.
The next morning it appears that they had sent an attacker but because of my prevention system if stopped anyone from entering, this DevilKin was an incredibly stealthy one at that. After our training we decide to question him and it appears that the DevilKin are planning something big today after the tournament. We decide to immediately leave for the Duke after having our breakfast.
We are welcome by the Duke who is very curious about what this big plan is, it appears to keep the information safe it was only revealed to the top personnel and because he was coming to attack us he wasn't told in case he is captured and interrogated as well.
