Chapter 30 - Let's hunt!

After that beautiful experience, I handed the bottle of water to Sindy, and she drank some, she was also very thirsty because she drank a lot of water. I just got some water, and soon I'll have to fill the bottle again, well, whatever.

"I was wondering if we could hunt for food together," I asked Sindy that she was still lying among the forest vegetation. She was always exhausted from what she looks like, so we'll have to wait a while for us to hunt monsters together.

She didn't even answer me, she just closed her eyes and then went back to sleep, I couldn't leave her side because some monster could come here and attack her while she sleeps.

'Well, she could get rid of him.' I don't think that an experienced adventurer like Sindy would die to a monster that attacks her. At the same time, she sleeps, in the story I read, experienced adventurers have a great sense of danger and protect themselves even while sleeping.

I don't know if this is true because I never tested it on Sindy, the only thing I did was try to take her blood, but I didn't mean to kill her, that must be why she didn't react when I started to approach.

After that I stayed there beside her while she slept, I didn't have the slightest desire to hunt monsters alone, so I was just there looking at her face while she slept, I never got tired of looking at her face and what she looked like beautiful.

Now I understand why she said she wasn't human, and her beauty is so great that she couldn't be human, I don't think a human would have such beautiful skin and eyes.

There is a disease that her eyes are born in different colors, but her eyes are one level above that, the color is very beautiful and vivid, it doesn't look like a disease or anything like that.

'Too bad, I didn't see them now.' Her eyes were closed because she was sleeping; of course, she would be with her eyes closed. I think I'm thinking about useless things again, better stop it.

Now I can only wait for her to wake up so we can look for something to eat, and also pray that none of the hunters show up here.

At a great distance from there, Larisa was still in the middle of the vegetation waiting for the girls to arrive, but she had already told the girls to run and then returned to the place that was assigned to her.

She stood there quietly saying nothing and pretending to be waiting and being on guard because she knew the two would not come home anytime soon, Larisa had something that would have very big consequences if she were discovered.

'I did the right thing, right?' Larisa was still afraid of what she had done if it was the wrong thing to do, she knows that not all vampires are killing machines, but what if that vampire is different and she starts killing humans?

But she knew one thing if Sindy protected that vampire, it means that she is a trusted vampire and that she will not randomly kill people around.

"Has anyone seen them?" The one who left the house was the Chief of the Knights Robert. She had an angry face; her feeling of anger was emanating from her body; people at a long distance could feel the anger he was feeling.

Well, after waiting for so long and no one comes, he would be irritated by this. He was sure those women would show up, but his plan went down the drain.

It went downhill because, after all this, the only thing that could be heard in the forest was the sound of rainwater that fell between the trees and hit the ground.

No one knew where the vampire was or whether he appeared here, and of course, Larisa had not seen the women either.

That was what she told everyone.

After a while, it started to rain, and I didn't know what to do to protect Sindy from the lollipop. Still, it didn't help much because when it started raining Sindy woke up immediately, I didn't even have a chance to try to protect her from the rain so she could continue sleeping.

"I'm hungry, are we going to hunt something?" This time it was not me who wanted to hunt but Sindy. I am grateful that she wants to hunt now because I was also starting to get hungry.

I thought that vampires only felt hungry when they didn't drink blood, but I was very mistaken when I go without eating normal food. I'm also hungry, and I have two reasons to be hungry.

"Yes, let's go." Since I was hungry and had wanted to hunt for a long time, it is clear that I accepted Sindy's proposal, and we both got up from the ground.

Our clothes were all covered in mud because of the rain, but whatever it is, for now, it's time to go after food.
