Synopsis
"The sky looks beautiful!" I exclaimed with my hands on my guitar and my eyes staring at those tiny lights bursting through the vast black sky. "I know, right? Now, You can thank me, Ann" he said smirking. He looked at the sky and then at me. "Maybe the fireworks have something in it, you know why?" he asked while his voice was somewhat teasing. But I didn't respond to it. My legs were shaky. I can feel my heart throbbing, I can feel that I am alive. But not in just this Earth. I can feel The Universal Energy somewhat around me. I was getting goosebumps. I blushed, "Thanks, Alex" and gave a look away to him. But this time he was not looking at me. I smirked at my stupid thoughts... It was exactly as he said it would be. ________________________________

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

The sky was dark. The night looked in an enthusiastic mood. The stars came up the horizon. The white minute sparkles over the dark armour looks like any warrior getting ready for the fight. I knew it was the time. Everyone was fast asleep that night. I slided through the upper corridor and opened the door... But it was not just a door. It was the door with which it linked heaven. It was cold outside. I've got my thin blanket with me. I watched the dark fighting with the white on a whole new nocturnal canvas. The stars were winning. The milky way looked more and more gorgeous. My eyes were blank. The could feel the silence crawling into the city. The lights dimming and people were sound asleep. I could feel my head feeling with numerous thoughts. I could see the darkest hour passing by.  A cold wind blew up my blanket, I was shivering. In the midst of grey clouds, tiny but sparkling lights were looking like the mirage on the hollow dessert. "A shooting star!" I wishpered making sure to keep it low. The atmosphere was getting heavy. Tiny droplets were forming near the leaf's tip. I breathed the cold air. It was exactly as I wanted for today.

"Annie! Get up! This is the last time I am telling you! Get up, lazy bones! It's already 8 o'clock! One minute passes and no breakfast!" My mom shouted. I opened my eyes.

The day was too bright! I could hardly see the alarm clock as it was blurring my view.

"What time is it now?" I asked while rubbing my eyes.

"Already 8 o'clock! When will I get up!? Don't you know, our winter fésta's gonna start?! You are gonna sing in there. I don't see any seriousness in your eyes! Get up!" She shouted with her hands on her waist.

"I know, m-o-o-o-o-o-o-ommm" I said while yawning and pulling my hands in front so that all my tediousness would likely to go away.

" Don't yawn!! Brush your teeth and get ready soon. If I had to tell you one more time, then make it sure you can take that! I am making the breakfast ready! Don't even try to trick me!" She threatened and left the room.

It left me speechless. I got up and started finding for my normal clothes and my towel. I went straight to the bathroom and closed the door behind. After a long hot shower, I finally felt refreshed.

I opened my window which was the eastern side of my room and watched the bird chirping. I sighed. "Why is it morning? I miss the night"

No sooner did the say this than my mom screamed from downstairs, "ANNIE!"

I ran downstairs whilst making my hair up in a ponytail....

Who knows what's ahead of me?  I sighed as I ran through the stairs.
