I used my body transformation skill to grow a pair of wings before I glided down to the gates. As I arrived I opened the gates because at the moment I don't have any guards to do it. And I can't exactly leave them open on this continent.
Well anyways once I opened them I was greeted by Sylvie and a group of slack jawed people as they gazed at the walls, gate, city, and the huge palace in the distance. I think that's a good start for now hehehe. It feels like someone praised my cooking or something and it makes me really happy.
Right so let's move on and bring them in. As I showed them the way to one of the main gathering spots which is just a huge fountain in a plaza style area. There are four of these one in each district. We stopped at this plaza as I and Sylvie both stood and faced the group to introduce ourselves properly.
-Right so everyone let's get our greetings in order. Once again I am Sylvie and this is Iris. Or as most of you shall refer to her as her majesty or just queen Iris.
At these words I become slightly embarrassed but nevertheless I introduced my self to the dazed group.
-Hello everyone my name is Iris or as most of you will refer to me as queen Iris. I am the one who rules this empire to be and I need your help to make this dream a reality. There are many things that we need to discuss and Sylvie should be able to fill you in on anything I miss.
I said looking to Sylvie for confirmation to which she smiled. I know she will help me greatly and I'm glad she's here.
-Yes as her majesty had said I shall help and fill in any information that she may miss. I've already explained to many of you what is going to happen and what roles we need filling out at the moment.
Wow Sylvie works quick... I may need to step up to allow the burden on her to lessen. Usually I wouldn't care but it's Sylvie we're talking about so I need to help as much as possible.
-As I have already discussed with all of you our queen has certain circumstances that she will tell you about and you have to decide whether or not you wish to join us.
With this cue I started to explain what I am and what I hope to give to the group of people in front of me. I explained that I can turn them into what I am and what I hope for the people of this group to accomplish.
Because this group contains various groups of races I will assign them to roles that they are best suited for them. For the moment this is needed but once the empire becomes more stable they will have freedom to do what they want.
They happily agreed to this but they were still confused by what it meant to change into a vampire as I had told them. I then went into detail about what I am and how they can become the same. I had further explained the benefits but also the negatives.
I was honestly expecting a strong rejection. I mean if you got told you would have to survive of blood and would no longer be able to claim that you were human would you? But contrary to my expectation they agreed and even swore loyalty to me. It turns out that Sylvie had already had this discussion with them and explained about how I would be feeling and so on. I only fount this out a couple of years later but that's for another time.
Anyway because they had all agreed I went onto explaining what was going to happen and what to expect to which they all listened intently. Now although I haven't gone into great deal how to turn one into a vampire all that is required is for the person to offer their blood to me, just pouring their blood into a cup is fine. Then I will give them a drop of my blood and that will then start the process of integrating the vampiric bloodline into them.
The bloodline will not be 100% as that would be a vampire noble or what could also be known as a true vampire. The other 50% would be their former bloodline/s but because the vampire bloodline is much stronger it will be far more prominent.
Well anyways we started this process and after a hour I had completed this entire process. Oh I should also mention that other vampire nobles are able to turn other beings into vampires as their bloodline becomes 100%.
Right, after this had happened because I had everyone's loyalty I was able to class up to vampire queen which helped me become stronger yet again and improved my appearance again. Ill show you my stats again. I know, one last time and now. Bet you weren't expecting that. Well anyways here's my stats.

So there you have it. Pretty great right? Not only am I stronger I'm also able to to boost other vampire stats that are close to me. This means that in the event that there is a battle I would serve another purpose other than a moral boost.
After the process was complete Sylvie swiftly moved onto assigning people their jobs that they will start tomorrow after they have had a rest. Well apart from assigning jobs we had allocated homes for everyone. Now although we will have a system for purchasing and renting housing that won't happen till the population grows and the currency system kicks in properly.
Once that is done taxes will start and this will help the country bloom. With these taxes we can start to fund public facilities, the military, NHS style systems from my last life, and start to earn enough to trade with other countries. And with the country getting bigger and stronger more citizens will start to arrive and then the cycle continues.
The empire is finally starting and Sylvie seems very excited. Although I did over hear her saying that she was planning to get maids for the palace and getting me into a dress. I'm kinda scared especially with the look in her eyes. Help me.
