Bringing that blanket could've kept her warm while she traveled, but it was too late now. Tidying herself up, she walked around town a little more in order to see if she was able to find out anything else.
Early in the evening she headed out to Hissing Woods to see if Siv'ler was there.
Edge of the woods
Serena stood at the edge if the woods, dressed in a sweater and pants. Suddenly, she took off at a run straight into the heart of the woods!
Shouting at the heart if the woods she yelled "Siv'ler!" She had run from the outside part of the woods to the inner part and was very tired now but she had to keep going! She had to be close by now right? She kept calling out until dusk where she finally sat down under a tree and began to cry. She soon cried herself to sleep under that old tree.
She woke up in the morning to a face full of fur. Bolting upright, her face lifted up in a blazing smile. "Siv'ler!" she cried, leaning down to hug him with all her might. "Where have you been? Why didn't you come find me silly boy?" She hugged him for the next long while before letting him go. "Siv'ler what's wrong with this world? Why are the Elements and Laws disappearing?" She asked this in confusion.
Siv'ler gave her a look that made it seem like he was sighing on the inside. Suddenly, he backed up a bit further and started to change! His fur drew in and he sat onto his haunches, his long nose slowly disappeared into his face and legs became longer. When the process was about three quarters done Selena realized that he was shifting into a human! She scrambled around to the other side of the tree so as to have some privacy.
