It has been sometime since Diana came into this world as Iris. Wilbert Altera , her father hasn't showed his face since than, and the place where she lived before has also been changed. Now she lives in Emerald Palace. This is not just any palace, it has been famous for centuries , and there was a great reason behind that. The founding Emperor "Augustus Altera " was known to be a cold person, due to engagement in wars since he was a teen and that he never lost any of them was even frightening for people. The imperial physicians felt helpless as they couldn't find the antidote of that poison but just their hope was there with her but she knew that her time was limited. The emperor decided to retire from his position as the emperor, and left the throne for his first born to inherit. Emperor Augustus spent all his days with his beloved, every day felt like a second, just like that he was with his sun till her last breathe, she parted with him with a last goodbye and a warm smile on her face.
After the empress died, the emperor named that Palace " Emerald Palace" , just like his beloved's eyes the Empress's.
The emperor spent his last days lost in his memories of her in that palace.
Since then, there love stories had spread all over the Empire . Emerald palace was given to only those who were close to the emperor. So, obviously that means Iris's mother has also lived here. The fact that her father, the emperor was the one who hated her first and wanted to kill her but now he gave this palace for her to live. Then does that mean his hatred towards her has gons a lil bit?
But even though he gave her this palace and didn't kill her yet doesn't mean he can't do that in the future. After what happened to me in my previous life , I can't trust anyone now.
