Adrian was in his room settling his work when he received a phone call from Justin.
"Are you a friend or family member of the owner of the phone?" the bartender asked Adrian.
"Yes, I am his friend and who are you, why do you have his phone?" Adrian was shocked as Justin's phone would never leave him.
"I am a bartender at xx pub. Your friend is drunk here, will you be able to pick him up?"
"Ok, I would be there in 20 minutes, please help me keep an eye on him. Thank you."
After hanging up the call, Adrian quickly went to pick Justin. He was very puzzled as Justin will never drink until he was completely drunk and wasted.
"I am here to pick my friend up." He pointed to Justin who is lying on the table.
Adrian tried to wake Justin up but he couldn't so he paid for his drinks and bring him home.
"Gina...Gina... don't leave...Gina" Adrian do not know what has happened but he knows something was wrong between these two friends of his as Justin kept calling out to Gina no matter he is drunk and asleep or slightly conscious. He took care of Justin all night before dragging his tired body to work the next day.
Not too long after he settled down in his office, Angel's voice was heard through the intercom.
"President Wang, director Lin of the marketing department request to meet you."
"Let her in." Adrian was going to call Gina to his office but he didn't think that Gina will come to look for him first.
"Why did you come to me so early." Adrian thought Gina has an urgent matter to report.
"I came here to tender my resignation personally," Gina said in a calm and stern voice.
"Wait.. why are you suddenly resigning? There is something between you and Justin. Nevermind, I will keep your resignation letter first but I have to talk to you later during lunch." Adrian really wants to know what had happened between the two but it is still working hours and it is not suitable to talk about personal matters and he was also waiting for a phone call from Justin.
A few hours later, a call from the office in country F came in.
"President Wang, the managing director here just tender her resignation, she said it is due to personal matters and she said that she will leave in this five days so we have to find a replacement for her quickly." Adrian secretary in country F reported to Adrian.
"Ok, I will look into these as soon as possible," Adrian replied to the Secretary.
Adrian shut his eyes and massage his temples. Not only he has to settle the piling company's matter but also Justin and Gina relationship.
Just when he was closing his eyes to rest for a while, he received a call from Justin.
"Are you awake now? Why did you drink so much last night? You have never drunk so much. I thought you went for a date with Gina yesterday, did you two fight."
"Yesterday, Gina initiated a break up suddenly so I went to drink but drank too much. I am alright now, just have a splitting headache now. Adrian, my best friend, help me, please. Gina blocked my contact and refused to meet me. She says that she wants to end our relationship because she doesn't love me anymore but I don't believe her. I have to know the truth." Justin was really and panic.
"Ok, I will talk to her first and try to persuade her." Adrian tried to calm Justin down.
He knows that Justin has changed. Justin was once a playboy but after meeting Gina, he has fallen deeply for Gina and he was no longer the playboy anymore. He knows he should protect and think for the one he loves. If he was the same Playboy Justin in the past, he would not be so flustered and upset that Gina has initiated a breakup.
