She looked at him with her sparkling eyes and he could see the whole galaxy within those glittery orbs. Her drug was clouding her mind, asking her to have him inside. But, for a moment, her face turned serious as she slowly asked "D..Do you like me?"
"No," As he said so, her eyes lost their sparkle. All of a sudden her face dulled as she thought 'So, does it means that he..he treats me well because I'm his wife and childhood friend? Am I the only one in love? No..How can this be? But he himself said that...'
Although, he had once said that he liked her back then. But that was the time they were kids. Deep within her heart, she believed that he still loves her and she could feel that. But when he clearly denied that, her heart felt a sharp pain.
As her mind started wondering about such things, her little hands made an attempt to push him away but he held her tightly, looking into her eyes with a whirlwind of emotions and said "I love you."
