"Hello, my name is Ezequiel!" said the boy with a huge smile; he got into one of the top schools, recruited for his academics and sportsmanship. It wasn't a normal school, as it was one of the most competitive ones in the whole country!
'Finally!' he was thinking, anxious with his new teammates that seemed they were welcoming him, after all, they had to be a team. He began sports later than many kids his own age because of his physical condition when he was a child, focusing more on his grades as an honor student. But now he could also do sports to entertain himself!
There were some that were indifferent to the new kid, and some that got irritated by him as it seemed the instructor was paying extra attention to him.
So, they went to bother the new member of the club, criticizing him. He just smiled at them; after all, he was here for the challenges! To get that satisfaction from getting better and proving it.
And thus, after a while, he made them 'kneel' before him. The instructor who watched over him, tried to bring out his full potential, pushing him to his limits.
His family was proud of him, as the boy was going forward, even if they were pushing him further, he would continue, after all, he had companions that walked on the same road as him! He couldn't be left behind!
The boy had two friends here, one of them a reckless boy who was his childhood friend, and the other was his cousin, a girl that would hang around them every time trying to keep them at bay.
But they felt it. Their family and friend were getting farther, he was getting lost. He was pushed and pushed, and the boy continued to go forward, without stopping at all. Everyone was expecting him to do so, everyone wanted him to go beyond his limits.
And he did it. The instructor baffled at the kid, couldn't really believe it, never has he seen a person that could improve and continuing to do so. Without falling in his path, the kid didn't give up, if something was expected of him, then he did it. And thus, he continued to grow.
Soon, the boy felt that many were giving up, why? Was he asking himself, after all, he did everything that was expected of him, he trained, he improved, and finally, he won? But now... his victories seemed empty, his opponents lifeless, even when before they expected so much of him, they now gave up themselves.
But the boy kept advancing, it wasn't him that was being left behind, he was the one leaving them behind. Even when he was with his family or his friends, he felt alone.
There was no joy, no thrill, there was just sadness in his victories as he stood alone, but soon… there wasn't even that…
---------------------------
Ezequiel woke up from his dream, it was about his not long ago past, it was because of it that he moved out from his house, not in a bad way, but he just wanted to live by himself, he felt it properly.
His mother and father cried that day, as they were an overprotective bunch. They weren't bad parents, they cared for their only child, but now he had grown.
The boy got money to rent an apartment, and he could at least survive for a while with the money he got from his years as a student. He didn't go to university yet, even when he got many offers, he rejected them all. He wanted to start anew; his friend got worried, but soon saw that he was sure of it. Of course, his cousin wouldn't have permitted it if she was here, but she had to go abroad because of her family and would be back soon. He also told his parents to not tell her, after all, she could make quite a ruckus of it.
He got out from his reminiscence and went to prepare his morning exercise as usual, he was already on his last week of the restriction in game, and he already learnt Dual sword mastery along with Tailoring. Thanks to Peko bringing books home he started reading at night, gaining some Intelligence and Wisdom stats. He also got the Fighting spirit stat as he endured his hellish training and was showered with killing intent from Thane, the Tailor. After that, he went to learn the Repair skill with a dwarf that seemed very peaceful and kind… his name was Tact Hand. The skill will be quite useful for him and his companions in the future when it hits intermediate.

As I logged in, my instructor was waiting for me in the hall already.
"Good morning, Ardha" Said Plate
"Morning, Master" I said to the elf in front of me
"Well, as you said that your month is running short, we won't really be able to train you guys until
you hit intermediate, so, now we'll teach you some skill of ours" Said the general solemnly.
Surprised at my master's words with a smile I said, "Thanks, master!" After all, the skills of these three people should be beyond normal.
"But, if you can't obtain these skills in this last week, you will be banned from this village and will be kicked out"

As it didn't say the difficulty quest it could mean it would be quite hard to do depending on the person doing it, but it was a start, and it seemed I was recognized as a successor to Plate who seemed to be a Legendary Warrior, but something was bothering me, so I asked.
"Master, how did you find out I had the Elemental Mastery and what is your race?" I asked concerned, as the Elemental Elf wasn't in the primary races.
At this, Master blinked in surprise, as he never said to his student about his race but seeing how foreigners knew about different things and something as quest updates that only was showed to them he let it go "Well, it was quite obvious to me, you have a minute elemental affinity and I could perceive that, as for my race, it's a special race of elves that are born rarely. Because we had an incredible low reproduction rate and many of them becomes sages in search of knowledge, the sight of us was pretty scarce…" said my Master reminiscing.
"…And we all are born with a high affinity to all Elements. With further advancement we can even perceive the changes and transform them, but the light affinity and dark affinity among others are what truly interested others, as they are the hardest to get…"
"So, we got tricked by everyone that wanted our knowledge, we got threatened, hunted and finally killed, as we weren't really a warrior like, and couldn't really fend ourselves like many other elves with their battle senses. We had to transform our body, and thus we started enhancing ourselves with our only and best advantage we could have… with our Elemental Affinity and control over them. We fought back relentlessly, our 'transformation' was still incomplete, but our tenacity made the youngers train hard by any master that could advance. Sadly, it was impossible after all, and I am one of the few survivors from my race in the whole continent… Time passed, and I got to this place where I met Vermillion and Drakon" Said the elf with some hatred at first and fondness in his lasts.
"I accept your quest, Master" I said with a serious expression, he moved on his past, as I will with mine. I will go through my Master's road, fighting relentlessly to surpass and protect!
- You have accepted the Quest!
At this he smiled and said with a grin on his face "Well then, let's start! These skills will affect greatly on your Fast Recovery, as it might damage your body harshly.
"First you will have to enhance your own body with the elements, I'll show you how to do the basics, open your senses as it will hurt a lot when doing it on you" As my master started, I focused my whole attention on the room, it was kind of getting hotter and thus I saw my Master's scars burning red, his muscles seemed they were going to erupt and his gaze was full of power, his intensity was out of this world!
"This is the basic use of the Fire Element, now onto Earth" And at this, the heat dissipated but now his scars were bleeding again, but they seemed to become solidified, his appearance looked normal, but his energy raised. It was as if the elements surrounded him! Then, he suddenly waved his hand towards me and a gust of wind went towards me with such force that I couldn't keep myself on the ground, crashing hard on the wall. I still kept my eyes wide open, to watch and feel every minute change in the surrounding. Plate smiled and waved again, his hand gesture as if inviting me in for a fight.
I could feel my fighting spirit surging, I didn't want to lose! I wanted to become stronger! I wanted to control that power!
Then, Plate gestured with his finger and a piece of the wall I was stuck in flied toward my Master quickly. He grabbed it and walked slowly towards me and placed it where it was, just besides my head, sealing it again as if nothing had ever happened. Suddenly, I felt the powerful wind diminishing bit by bit and I would finally touch the ground again, falling on my knees as resisting that wind was hard.
"Earth Elemental enhancing permits you the use of elemental magic freely, but it comes with a cost. My scars always open for a little while and my body movements are more restricted, but this is just the basics"
"Weird that is just called Earth Element" I said getting up from the floor, my back hurts after crashing and being stuck to a wall.
"Kind of, but it's more about the Elements that surrounds you, you may call it Nature element if you want" Said my master aloof with the names of the Elements "Now onto Water"
Suddenly, the fresh wounds on my master disappeared, then he took out a sharp dagger and stabbed his hand! Not even a cut!? Blood was flowing slowly, as if something was holding it back, and my master took out the dagger, the wound closed so fast that you would have never thought there was one to begin with!
"Water is like Fast recovery, but if used wrongly, it will take your life as you can take others" Said my master as if his recent wound was painless.
"And now the Wind Element" As he said that, his scars came back as he shut his eyes for a bit. When he opened them again, he said, "A thunder from Vermillion's place will fall" and in a second a thundering sound came. It seems that Peko is in quite some hell.
"This sharpens your senses and enhances how your mind works. It might just seem like an increase in concentration, but it can do way more in its basic form" Said my Master and continued.
"You will have to work with your way in Light and Dark Elements, light is not exactly good, as dark is not exactly bad, combined they just neutralize each other, but maintained together, they can become infinite. There are more Elements that you could use, but well, you just have to find on your own" Said my Master with a serious look.
"Now that you got a demonstration and a general grasp of the Elements, sit and start to meditate. I will forcefully insert these elements to you one by one" And then he added something as if not to forget "Oh yeah, it will be so painful that tears of pain will come out so much that your eyes will be dry by night"
I gulped down at these words and my Master's grin and started my meditation to concentrate myself. A pair of hands touched my back and a burning sensation came towards my body like fire in a forest, it started with a small spark but soon it grew to colossal amounts, even staying conscious was hard enough and thus my week went over wishing for my two companions to suffer this pain too… didn't want to be alone again with this too.
