It had been a week since shira had entered the palace and she was already having a hard time. With all the preparations going on for the big day she had no time for anything else. To her it was all about the wedding and she still had a week to go.
Shira who was at her new favorite breakfast spot in the royal garden was rudely interrupted but a group of maids led by one fiery red head with an attitude. For what they had come she had no clue.
" UGH!!! Why are you the one marrying his majesty?!??!" the red headed maid spoke once she reached Shira. She was by far the most beautiful maid in the palace. But with the future queen around her beauty didn't match. She was down graded and hated it. Her way of getting what she wanted was to take it whether it's right or wrong.
" Can I help you?" Shirt who had absolutely no clue what was going on asked. She didn't even know how the maid was.
"HIS majesty is supposed to be mine. How dare you take him away from me?!?!" Cindy Screached, whacking Shira food on the ground.
" What??" With one simple word She had scared the other maids shitless. She had only been her for a week and was already being hated by some of Jax's fangirls.
Cindy suddenly pushed Shira to the ground and With a loud thud she and Shira landed on the ground. Shira had grabbed Cindy by the dress and pulled her down with her. She was not letting anyone hurt her without hurting themselves
The other maids were shocked. They were dragged out her by Cindy to be a whitness when shira had enough of the verbal attacks and would hit her. But they didn't know Cindy would dare harm the future queen. But not only that the queen had payed Cindy back by pulling her to the ground too.
Shira who had stood out amount the crowd had never been punched over before. She was used to the verbal words of others mocking and making fun of her but had never been physically assulted. She could deal with the words but she was touched, and By someone she didn't even know the name of.
" How Dar you pull me down with you!?!! I'll kill you!!!!" Cindy then proceeded to attack Shira but failed for Shira had dodged just in time.
After giving it a second though Cindy decided to stop her attacks but not without Guv in a warning. " Stay away from my beloved. He's mine, not your's. Ugh. I don't know what he see's in you. Your just some lowley country girl with no status. Unlike you I actually have status in the palace. I'm the most beautiful maid here."
' This girl is clueless. I'm the future queen and she says I no status.' Shira was laughing on the inside. To her this was hallerious.
Stand in up on two feet, Shira proceeded to step forward. " I'm sorry I think you have forgotten who you're talking to... I'm the future queen and you say I have no status? Hahaha you must be joking."
Cindy who looked like she was going to explode stormed off dragging her companions with her. She had been humiliated by Shira and was now pissed. She was out shone but Her newly founded enemy.
' This is war, Shira. I will not let you have his majesty. I will be queen and you will be nothing.'
Shira knew what Cindy was thinking and decided she would play along. ' This is going to fun.'
Unknown to Cindy and the other maids, there was a set sertain someone enjoying the show without being spoted by either parties. Jax. He had seen the show beginning to end and almost lost face in the middle of it all. Shira had known he was there and let the show go on.
" So no was the show? did you like it?"
After hiding his laughre he responded with " Hmmm.... it was alright." He was not going to let anyone see his other side. He had hidden it all these years and today was no exception. Absolutely no one could see that side unless he had intimate feelings with the person. And he had no intimate feelings with anyone.
