Freya stared at Luke, confused, and waiting for him to explain further. "I sometimes go to the security room to check the camera of your office and make sure that you are fine."
"So you saw when he came back to give me flowers, and you didn't say anything all this time?" She asked in realization and surprise.
"Yes, I almost came down there and beat him up black and blue for having the nerve to come back here. But I saw that you refused the flowers and that pleased me." He chuckled as their gaze connected.
She joined him in chuckling, and he moved closer. He raised his hand and traced the side of her face with his fingers as he said, "I love it when you laugh. I love everything about you, baby, and I feel so lucky to have you as my wife."
She felt her lips stretch into a wide smile, "I feel the same way, Luke. You are so much more that I thought that i would get."
