"Your Honor, this recording proves that Casey Kennedy was motivated to murder Mr. Jay, her sister's husband because she was jealous of her." Freya said as she gripped the voice recorder that she had played for the court a moment ago.
"Objection, your Honor! That recording doesn't prove that Mrs. Kennedy murdered Mr. Jay." Mrs. Eros shouted as she stood up from her seat at the defendant's table.
"Yes, she is right. The defendant didn't say directly that she murdered him." Judge Turner said as he looked from Mrs. Eros to Freya.
"Yes, and that is her reason for the murder, but this forensic test result should show you that she is, in fact the murderer." Freya said as she picked up the DNA test result slip from in front of her on the table.
Judge Turner glanced at the court clerk who was standing a few feet from him by the side. "Bring it over."
