Barbra who had washed her face and hands looked at her like what she said didn't make sense. "Are you kidding me? You don't know? Well, it damages their brain cells just like sugar, only give her spinach and carrots. That's all she needs in her diet and she will grow up strong like we did."
Freya stared at her incredulously, not believing what she heard. How could her aunt Barbra say that she shouldn't give her child a balanced diet. Sugar was also one of the most needed nutrients by children to help them grow.
"Aunt Barbra, what Alice is watching now is an educational program for kids her age to help her learn and prepare for school." She replied with a tight smile, and decided not to say anything about how Alice needed a balanced diet like everyone did.
