Karan shouted at the top of his lungs as he stood up from the couch. The bottom line was crossed. Not just for Nora but for Karan too. Raina said something which is nothing but a taboo for Nora.
His voice didn't echo but still brought goosebumps to all their workers and to Ryan too. This was their first time that they saw Karan yelling at Raina or at anyone.
Karan's shout scared everyone to their core. Where Raina didn't dare to speak another word, Ryan was worried about himself instead. Krish beside Nora also got scared and hugged Nora's arm tightly. On the other hand Nora unbotheredly looked down to her finger tips.
It was inevitable. She expected this much. Not just from Raina but also from Karan too. If it was before, Nora would have thought of speaking for Raina, however the moment Raina dared to bring Krish and her parents in their discussion, she lost that privilege. Long gone. Now she cares less if Karan and Raina even fight in front of her.
