Krish sobbed. Hugging her sister's neck tightly, he shook his head hard in denial to her request.
"Sister, I like this place. I don't have any friends there. I don't wanna go."
For the last few days, his sister has been packing his stuff. At first, he was told that they were going out for a picnic. But today he was told that they are shifting abroad for a very long time.
"Krish, I will help you make one. We will go to parks every day. Then you can make new friends at school too." Nora tried to convince him.
Krish continued to shake his head in refusal. "No, I only want my friends. I don't want to leave them. I won't leave. I won't go!"
"We are not leaving for forever. We will come back. Why are you not understanding it."
"No! I don't want to go. This is our home. What if mama papa comes and we are not here? They will cry. They will be sad."
"They won't come back, Krish!"
"..." With her voice there was a sudden silence in the room. Krish immediately pulled himself away from Nora. Looking straight to his sister's eyes he aggrievedly calls her.
"Sister?" His eyes again got watery, as if any second he would start crying again.
Nora instantly realized what she had said. Placing her hand back to his head, she pulled him to her embrace again.
"Krish… I am sorry… I didn't mean that. I just want you to... have hopes when there's nothing." 'This is not our world anymore.' Nora thought to herself. Their world has already fallen apart. Now there's nothing to hold on to for them.
While Nora's thoughts were going deep, Krish started getting worried about her sister's silence.
"Sister..? What happened?" He worriedly asked.
Nora came back to her senses. Losing her hold on him she parted herself little and asked gently. "Can you compromise with that?"
Krish pouted a little. There was a big reluctancy in his eyes. But fighting all that he softly asked. "...Will you be happy with that?"
All these days he had seen his sister suffering. Even if she says nothing or he says nothing, he had seen her whimpering and sometimes crying even. But thinking that she might need her distance, he never went to her side.
But that doesn't mean he left. He would just call her name from the distance. Not because he wanted to console her emotions, but because he was scared of seeing his sister crying this way.
He wanted her to be with him, and stay happy. Although he doesn't know the reason, but, he wants to make his sister happy with anything.
Nora sighed deeply to his question. Smiling warmly to him she spoke. "I want you to do that so that you can be happy. Not for me."
"But I am not."
"Can you try at least once? If you don't want to, I won't force you." Nora said tenderly.
Krish got silent for a few seconds before slowly nodding his head.
Nora finally had a satisfactory calmness. Sighing little she was about to hug him again when Krish put his little small palms on Nora's cheeks. Rubbing it gently he asked. "Sister, will we never come back?"
Nora's heart melted with his expression. Kissing his forehead, she denied. "We will come back. Just a little late."
Her answer helped his emotions in big. Smiling happily he hugged her neck tightly. "Okay. I'll do it then."
"My good brother."

"Miss, we are ready to go." Carter informed Nora.
Nora came out of the mansion door while carrying sleeping Krish in her arms.
Looking back to her dining hall, numerous memories of her parents raced towards her. Her every step away from her home, making her heartbeat pound heavily.
Knowing that from now on nothing will be the same, make her feel bawl. But every single time she controls herself for her brother. Looking one last time to her mansion, she turned her back to it.
"Good. Let's leave then." Nora said and walked straight to the car.
Taking her seat at the back, she let the boy sleep on her lap.
"Miss for how long?" Butler looked at her through a mirror as he asked her.
"I don't know." Nora herself didn't know the answer.
"... then?"
"I really don't know Uncle."
Butler sighed and informed. "We should say bye then. I have informed Mr. Ryan for you. This place will be locked until we come back. Whatever you asked, is done. There is nothing left for you to worry about."
"Thank you."

The moment Nora's car left the arena, another car came and stopped right in front of the house. A boy came outside of the car hurriedly.
Seeing the locked door, his heart sank with distress and disappointment. "Dad?" Ryan called his dad on the cell.
From the other side of the call, Karan hummed in response. "Hmm?"
"Did Nora leave us forever? Is she never coming back?" He desperately asked.
Half an hour ago, he got a call from Nora's butler that Nora and her brother are shifting abroad. And he doesn't need to look after them in school or any other place.
They won't come back soon. The moment he heard that he ran straight outside to catch up on her. But still, he lost her.
His heart was beating loudly with depression. Losing her was the worst of the thoughts he encountered. He didn't know what to do any more than talk to his father and ask him why?
"... She left?" From the other side, Karan asked back.
"Yes."
"She will come back. But by then you won't remember her." Karan said.
Although he wasn't informed of anything by Nora, he knew one thing that Nora isn't coming back any time soon.
He knows that she is running away, but she will come back when she will be strong enough to face all those troubles, which are inevitable and wrote in her fate. Saying that Karan hung up the call.
Ryan stayed rooted at his place. The longer he stared at the lock on the door, the heavier he felt the knot in his heart. The regret was getting him.
Nora as a kid never understood for what reason Ryan always kept his distance from her. She always thought that Ryan doesn't like her to befriend his friend circle. And that's why he asks for her to leave every time.
However, Ryan's reason was different from what Nora imagined. His friend circle always liked Nora's cuteness. Whenever they saw Nora, they would try to hold on to her or her cheeks.
For Ryan, it was always like they were snatching Nora from him. He never liked it, he was possessive of her. Her cuteness can only be his.
When they were kids they were close. Nora would only stay beside Ryan. But when they got into preschool things changed. She started liking other boys pampering nature for her too.
Seeing her getting close to his friends, he started feeling jealous. As being kid he asked her instead to stay away from him and from his friends. At school, he can't ignore his friends, and that's why he decided to ignore Nora instead.
But now after what happened, he wanted to spend his time with her, to console her, to comfort her, but… she is gone. Doesn't even know for how long. And he doesn't know where to find her.
Looking down to his empty hand he muttered. "... I'll remember her."
