'What just happened?' Parth thought to himself as his face was still looking sideway after the slap.
The slap wasn't a literal one. It didn't hurt him but surprisingly he did feel Nora's anger by that slap. He felt like he did something unforgivable from her point of view. However instead of that what shocked him was how their good to go conversation suddenly brought furious Nora from nowhere.
What exactly he did or said for her to be this angry.
"Leave." Nora ordered as she wiggled in his arm.
"Huh?" Parth's hold on her tightened more. Giving her no chance to leave he looked back at her. "What was that?"
"I am sorry. I was wrong. If you want you can slap me back."
"Are we on the same track, Nora? I say this, you do that. I do that, you say this. What is actually happening?" Parth confusedly looked at her. He wasn't angry at her for slapping him at all, let alone in front of his company. What bothered him was her behaviour.
