Ray's right hand was now turned into a fist trying to control all the anger which was building up inside him. Staring at the night sky he took a couple of deep breaths to calm his nerves to think and act rationally, also tried to recall her smiling face and to find a ray of hope in this darkest hour of his life.
He felt something is missing in the whole incedent. So he started to search for some or the other clue which could lead to his wife. After searching for a long period, he found some glittering object near the door step of their cottage, which was hidden beneath the layer of a mud. He picked it up and cleaned it with the back of his sleeves to reveal the two golden small pearls of one centimetres each, with a thin golden thread which held them together forming a hand bracelet which his wife always loved to wear it.
After careful observation he found some crack in between the one small golden pearl.
He felt something inside the golden pearl and in order to hide the bracelet from CCTV cameras, he acted as if he is drunk and fell on the ground with a loud thud!! He hid the bracelet in his peach colour shorts and dragged his body to the room.
After reaching room he took a shower to clear his mind and slid himself into comfortable wear.
He picked up the bracelet and sat on the couch with a torch light focusing on the crack formed on the pearl. He felt there is something inside the pearl. With the help of tweezers he pulled out the thing which was placed safely inside the pearl.
