I started jogging towards the city following the railway.
That train wasn't gone be moving any time soon.
In just a couple of minute I arrived at the building I'm gone for buy.
It's a fairly big space 100 square meters there are no walls on this floor only in the corner there are stairs going up the rest is just empty.
rhetoric secondary floor was mostly the same thing only difference being that the wooden ceiling is visibly rotting, it's one of the reasons I could buy this place for cheap.
I have a appointment here with the current owner and the sales person in charge of the paper work.
When they arrived I didn't realy care about what they said, I got a tour of the building and after a couple of hand shakes I siend the contract, obviously I read it first but there realy wasn't anything interesting in there.
the total price was 150 thousand pounds, a lot sure but using all the money I saved up and the lone I got from the bank it was easy.
I toke out some formations I made beforehand one to restrict the usage of magic, any magic below tier 7 can not be used here unless I alow it, one for defense making all the walls and sealing nearly impossible to brake , a anty spy formation blocking every one trying to spy on me using magic or other means and then I install the core formation on the secunde floor.
Then I toke out some wood that I had in my storage space and used it to make a outlets of divisions in the first and second floor.
I divided the first floor in 2 parts one big were I'm gone sell my stuff and a smaller one were I put a appraisal formation so that people can go in appraise them self's.
On the secunde floor I went with 3 rooms and a hall connecting them together. one is the living room , one bedroom and my study were I keep the core formation.
I chose to use wood instead of earth magic because it's so much nicer to look at.
Then came the furniture, I do have a lot for it but most of them are realy grand or just to horrible to look at.
I found a big counter that I want to use but first I had to go over it with wood magic and repair it.
Then I picked 6 big wooden shelf's put them against the walls on either site of the store and find them with books.
One foul of magic books tiers 1 to 4, two for sword, hammer... techniques and the last trei are for production classes like blacksmithing, alchemy...
I finished by putting a long table in the middle of the room with a couple dozen chairs around it.
The up stairs is more difficult in my study I put a big desk a comfy chair, some bookcases and all my important books those about tier 9 and 10 magic, about profound sword arts, those about important or rare materials and all my formation and scroll making research.
I decided to set up a couple of extra formations just to be sure all everything there is safe.
The bed room only needed a bed realy I don't need to sleep because of my super high endurance but I honestly like sleeping so I do it any ways.
Then the living room here is were I discuss buisness with important people.
I used the nicest furniture I have posting a big rug on the floor two so gas and a low table in the middle on thee right site is my dining table withe just a couple chairs against the wall I put a fancy looking desk to put my computer on once I have one that is.
I don't have a kitchen but I do think I need one so I moved the wall between my room and the living room back making enough space to put a open kitchen, this make my bed room smaller but I don't think I'm gone use it any was.
Now the last thing to do is the store front I want it to give a magical feel abut I bent know how so I just used my wood magic combined it with some steel magic, a variation on earth magic, and made a regular store front but making it look like it was make out of one big tree using adamantly tread to give ti a sort of silvery, purple glitter it's perfect.
I noticed some people looking at me will I was doing that it's just what I wanted this way it's even easier for my clients to come here.
one of the people looking good even filmed me using wood magic this is just perfect.
going back inside I left the door open and set behind the counter waiting for my first client.
