It been a week since I arrived in Lagos and am enjoying my lectures and even most of the lecturers,I made two more friends Bella and Grace and they are so nice,Bella is 20 same with Grace, Veronica is the youngest in our group,she is 19 and am loving my new friends alot but I haven't forgotten my best friend Marnie I called her today to which she gave me a full update of everything that is happening in her school,I love Marnie she still her talkative self and she is enjoying her school too. Anyway today is Friday and Benita is planning on taking I and my friends to a club,she said the club is very popular in Lagos and only the rich go there but luckily her boyfriend works there so he is going to get us in. Am excited and also nervous my heart has been beating fast since this morning as if trying to tell me that something will happen this night.
"Corrie Corrie Corrie"Veronica called
"Sorry what were you saying"I asked shaking my head
"Am trying to get your input on this gown if it's okay"she said showing me a champagne gold short gown that looks very beautiful
"This gown looks hot"I said taking it from her and moving to stand in front of the full length mirror in my room
" You think so"she said standing behind me.
"I know so dear"
"Okay then am going to wear it"
The door bell rang signifying that someone was here
"Am going to get the door"I said to Veronica
"Okay "
I opened the door on getting there seeing that it was Bella and Grace on the door step with their bags.
"Hi girls"I said hugging them both "come inside"I pulled them inside then shut the door
"Oh Corrie your house is beautiful"Bella said
"Yeah very beautiful "Grace chipped in
"Thanks guys, Veronica is inside the room getting ready since it already eight o clock and we are going out by 10.you guys should go inside the room the one with the orange door,am coming I need to get drinks and snacks from the kitchen for my guest"
"Okay Corrie"Bella said entering the room with Grace on her heels.

Few minutes later I walked into the room with a tray of meat pie and orange juice which I baked earlier today
"Nice Corrie did not know that you bake"Veronica said smiling and picking a piece out of the meat pie tray
"Here put it on this plate"I said bringing out a smaller plate for her to put it on"I bake during my free time"
"That nice maybe you can teach me"Bella said
"Sure,am going to go take a shower"I said putting the tray on my reading table"you guys should help your self to the snacks"Then I moved to the bathroom
"Corrie is so nice " Grace said smiling shly
"Grace Divine you are one hell of a shy girl"Bella said smirking 😏
"Don't call be my full name Isabella Simon and am not shy"
"It okay Grace and Bella leave her alone "Veronica said coming to her rescue
"I just love teasing her,she is so adorable"😋
"Am not a child "Grace protested

"Don't you guys want to eat the meat pie"Veronica said picking up her fourth piece from the table
"Of course we want to"They said at the same time running to the table and picking up a piece
"you are such a foodie Veronica" Grace said laughing softly with her mouth filled with meat pie.
