Chapter 1 - Her beginning

It started many years ago, Ava Sanderson was a bright, young, loving and care free adult that had love for three that had her heart. Outside was her speciality, running, jumping, feet in the grass and wind in her hair! Her smile as warm as her heart, a big heart and two grandparents that have her the world.

Her she aged, her grandparents took a separation and it took a tow on her. She stayed with her grandparents and loved and missed her grandmother deeply. As sad as this even was, she knew they would get through it or at least she hoped. Several weeks went by and her grandmother was still away.

Late one night her grandfather and his nephew wanted to go somewhere, so she drove them. They drove around, listening to music, laughing and enjoying the night til arguments struck and a knife pierced her grandfathers back and she cried, so deeply she cried.

She rushed to be by his side and took him to her grandmother. A few days passed and than a week. Her grandfather never complained or showed any signs. Her grandmother would come and tend to him while Ava was away. Than one day, her life changed forever.

Ava, never wanted this day to come nor did she think it ever would. That every morning, her grandfather passed away and she felt as if her whole world came crashing down. Her best friend, her grandfather, her father, her world was gone. As tears filled her eyes, she slowly melted to the floor and tried to hold it all back.

Ava struggled to get through the loss because she knew her grandmother needed her just as bad as Ava needed her grandmother. Ava still struggled, she struggled to breath, for air, for her heart to beat, she struggled to look at the man responsible for it without pain. Ava knew that in time she would be alright but not today, not now.

Days turned into weeks, weeks into months and months into years and slowly Ava became herself but her heart still would not let go, she needed her grandfather still and mourned him even more. Ava still struggling but able to hold it in more than before. Ava worked hard, went to college and still struggled on life after death.

As Ava was trying to adjust to the first lost, a second one struck and took her heart completely away and Ava did not know if she could do this again. Ava watched as the person, her other world, her second best friend, her pastel, her glue, too her last breaths and slipped away. Ava didn't know what to do now. Ava struggled and began to question god's choice and began asking why?

At this point in Ava's life, she was lost, she was struggling to gain back what she felt she lost and just couldn't get up. Her heart was tore into pieces and she could not walk away.

As the weeks went by, her grandmother took her last breaths and Ava fell to her knees, she couldn't take anymore. She had nothing left, her complete world had fallen the two people that protected her was gone and she was fergile to it all and felt the pain more than ever before.
