The mark on her forehead glows showing the mark of the death which she owned it since birth.
That's her destiny to be like that. Merciless and no feeling should touch the heart of hers.
Because the demon in her will drag her down no matter what she is. It's part of her life.
Frost's body shakes as fast as his heartbeat as he looks at Angeline. He cants even move his whole body to charge forward.
"Release that girl or-"
"Or what?" The demon said with its growly voice.
Frost, Kitana and Edgar were stunned by their friend's extreme transformation.
"Or we'll kill you," Frost said as he tightly clenching his fist while holding his twin blades.
Requiesa instantly turned her head to Frost and shook her head. "No...you can't!" She screamed and how shocked they were when the demon flashed a happy smile on her face.
"Then let's begin" From behind she attacked him using the shadow power. Frost never thought the attack happened within a second.
She grabbed his neck and suffocated him as she grinned in happiness. Slowly she lifted him to the air.
Frost tried to break free form her grasp yet nothing seem to worth his motion.
She then slammed him on the hard earth giving massive damage to his body.
"Frost!" Edgar and Kitana shouted together.
"Beware, warriors, her power is hundreds of time stronger than it supposed to be!" Requiesa warned the two who stand out of Requiesa's attack range.
She ran as fast as she could to reach them but her speed was too slow for the demon.
It knocked both of them and they flew far from her sight. "No!!" Requiesa screamed as she reaching out her hands towards their direction.
"If she knocked out three of them then it will definitely..." Her instinct paused awhile and she withdrew her sword.
Her instinct was right. Straight after Edgar and Kitana knocked by her, it instantly attacks her with her sharp long claws.
"Where're the elemental orbs?" The demon yelled on her face. Requiesa couldn't do anything more yet only to defend herself from the continuous attack.
She was exhausted after defending from the massive chaos assault threw by the demon.
"What will you do if you got all of them?" She asked her true motive.
"My lord demanded me to take it so he could revive the whole abyssal army and no one could ever stand on my lord's way" She growled.
Suddenly, a high-speed ice spear stabbed her stomach from behind and it instantly melts when the demon touched it.
The demon switches it aims at Frost and launched towards him. With her sharp long claws, ready to tear his neck in one go.
Lucky for him as it instantly stops a centimetres away from his neck. Both of her hands were shaking and it moves slowly to the opposite direction.
"I'm sorry" A familiar voice apologised with tears went down to the dirty cheek of the one he often kisses.
Then Angeline falls on her knees despite from the spear which stabs her minutes ago. The spear totally brought damage to her internal organs.
He was terrified if his ice will freeze it that will make Angeline's inner body to work slower than normal.
"No, I'm the who apologise" he yelled at her as he hugged her feeble body. Frost's whole body shaking in fear as he imagined his life without her.
"Then apologise for this too" The demon's claws scratched his face and sit on top of him.
Both of them struggled to kill each other but... did Frost dare to kill his girlfriend?
Her body kept trying to kill him continuously just like the moment where they were practising using his twin-blade against Angeline's sturdy sword.
But it never the same how they also teased each other.
Frost only could defence every and each of her attack and waiting for the right moment to snap it.
"St-stop it!" Angeline shouted as she was holding her uncontrollable left hand to stop.
Angeline summoned the black dagger and threw to Frost. "Kill me, Frost" She shouted in pain.
Her body was too weak to move yet the demon inside forcing her to move aggressively.
Angeline was badly injured in and out.
Since this is the first time they're handling the situation, not much they could do to stop it.
He shook his head in fear. "No..., no..., there's must be other solution for this" He took it in his hand.
Then the demon smiled again as it managed to take full controlled of her body.
"Despair me as you like..."
"Kill me as you wish... tear me to pieces... sent me to hell but the one you kill will be her. AND NOT ME!!" The demon laughed.
Frost's hand was shaking like crazy, this is the first time he trembled like a spoiled child who always hides under one's protection.
"I can't!" He cried and knelt to the earthy ground.
He screamed and wondering what's the only solution to set Angeline free from the demon's control.
Using the spell of sealing, Requiesa tried to lock the demon from behind while it distracted by Frost.
The demon was unsatisfied by her action and grabbed her head. It hardly slammed it into the ground without saying a word.
Slowly, Angeline's pupil changes into a light purple colour. "Jay?" Frost guessed.
He tried to control Angeline's soul by fighting with it.
Angeline falls into the ground and holds her chest. "I can't breathe" She gasped the oxygen from the atmosphere.
"Stop it, you two" She begged.
The demon and Jay's power were equally matchmaking it harder to fight.
Jay was totally unaware of this situation and Requiesa went to his place where he safely placed Edgar and Kitana.
"Stop it, Jay" She begged as pulling his sleeve back and front. He gritted his teeth, unable to escape the grasp of it.
Angeline's body was shaking as it forms a shadow-like missile towards him.
Her head was in pain and her sight blurred, almost lost her consciousness.
but...
She gathered her strength and placed the aim on the ground which led to a massive earthquake.
"Angeline!" Frost swiftly stand up and tried to catch her.
The ground was shocked by a terror magical power which surprisingly also killed the root of most of the trees in their circumference.
About time, Requiesa teleported all of them back into the room before they fall into the ground's cracks.
