In the midnight, Angeline sat alone on the rooftop, watching the stars and the moon, listening to people's love and pray that they whispered to the moon as her heart filled with loneliness. "What a beautiful lady doing up here the middle of the night? Can't sleep, huh?" Frost guessed as he sat beside her. "Sort of... I'm watching the moon and the stars" Angeline blew a sigh.
Frost stands up. "Would you mind if I take you for a dance?" He lends his hand to her. With a smile on her face, she took his hand and they bow to each other as they started the dance without music under the starry night.
"Say... what power did you mastered so far?" Frost asked as he made her turn. She was afraid as she nearly falls from the rooftop. "I think we should sit while talking it's very dangerous to dance here" Angeline pulled his hand as she wanted him to sit beside her and listen.
"Well, not much... fire, water, shadow, stealth teleportation, healing and etc but Fang told me that is a pathetic achievement and want me to achieve more. and yours?" She inhaled and sighed as she burst out a small flame from her finger.
< Mastered more than one power and she considered as not much? > He thought. "All I know was ice and suck your blood" they laughed as he made a hideous vampire face. "How about we make an exchange. I will teach you my power and you will be my girlfriend" He asked as he crossed his finger. "No" she joked. He asked her many times until she got bored with it.
"Oh come on," He took her hand from her lap and laid down as he kissed her hand. "Alright, but stop making me blush in front of them...I don't like it." she withdrew her hand as she pats his head with love. "Shall we start now?" she asked him and slapped his face slowly as she thought he was asleep. "but you have to take a nice midnight bath" Frost plays with her long wavy hair. "But its too cold" she replied. "it's better than I give you an icy bath" He giggled. Angeline holds his hand and teleported back to her room. Frost was shame on himself as he struggled to climb onto the rooftop just to reach her.
"I'm gonna take my phone from my room while you're gonna take a SHORT shower," he went out from her room and entered her room as he brought his phone and his earphones with him while Edgar and Kitana were spying on him from Kitana's room.
Frost knocked on the bathroom door just for fun. "Why are shirtless?" Angeline gave him a weird look as she peeps. "Let's take a shower together...I promise I don't bite" He joked and chuckled as he tried to open the door. "Stop that!" She yelled as she slammed the door. He laughed very hard as Angeline's face turned red.
Frost heard someone knocked on the door. "Yes?" he opened it and saw Kitana and Edgar. "Hahaha... hey guys" He awkwardly said as he forgot that is not his room. "Okay, Frost. I'm ready" Angeline step out from the toilet as she dried her hair using her towel and sat on the bed. "Hi, everyone" She waved at them and Kitana triggered as she burst in and hugged her tight.
"What did you two want to do here...ALONE~? Did your mom never tell you it's not sweet if you two being alone in her room... in this cloth?" Edgar asked Frost with a fierce glance as he looked at his friends' cloth. As a 'father' of the group, he deserved to know everything among his friends. "Don't get the wrong idea guys. We just...uhmm" Frost glared at her as he needs her help to cover it up. "Should I spoil the bean?" She asked him back yet she didn't want to keep any secret from her friends, especially Kitana.
"I respect every one of your decision, sweetheart" He shrugged and sat on the bed. "Actually, Frost and I born from a magical family, who had magical power and I want to learn new power from him..." Her eyes opened wide as she's afraid Kitana wouldn't believe it. "I know you're innocent," Kitana remarked as she rests her head on Angeline's breasts. "So...tired," Kitana murmured as she snuggled. "Kitana, they're still here" Angeline tried to push her but Kitana murmured as she was sleepy and she pats her head while the boys withdrew their sight from the girls as their nose are bleeding.
"Let me tell you a secret but it's only among us... no one should know about this." She stands up as she pulled Kitana's hand and told them to stay put. She brought them to the entrance of the twilight castle. "Where are we?" Frost asked her as she spins in a place and she wears a queen's black dress. "You should wear your shirt back, Frost," She told him as she gave him a blue shirt and a wink.
"Welcome, to the Twilight castle, guys" Those three were amazed and as the Queen of the castle, she welcomes them. Angeline walked them around the castle and Kitana asked her. "Why there are no people here" She holds her hand. The castle was so beautiful and big yet so lonely and dark. They arrived at the water fountain and Angeline asked them to wait there as she wanted to ask Fang's permission to bring them a little far from the castle.
[ Fang ]
Angeline curtsy to the mighty dragon. "Pardon my annoyance" She apologies. "You want to tell me that you wanted to learn new power from the ice prince?" He asked as Angeline sat on the end of his tail. The purple eyes of the dragon made her calm as she knows that he's in good condition. "How do you know, I'm learning a new power from him?" She surprised as she wanted to keep it as a secret to surprise him. Fang stated that the moon and the stars witnessed their moment on the rooftop a moment ago. "If you want to bring them to another place, you must take good care of them as your friends were not from here" He wiggled his tail and she giggled. "Thanks, Fang" She waved at him as she ran back to the water fountain.
[ Moonlit garden ]
Using her mastered skill, Angeline instantly teleported her friends to the forbidden moonlit garden full of wild white roses that placed outside the kingdom. "Remember, before we go in just follow my lead... if I bow, just follow my lead, don't ask until we get in and don't touch me" she warned them. With both of her hand on her right hip, she bows to the roses with her head hung low and the other just follow her lead. The roses opened a way for her to come in and it is tickling her as a 'Welcome' sign to the queen.
"Why don't they have any thorns?" Edgar asked as he touched the stem. "They only will show it under my order and you don't have to see it. It's deadly" She whispered as they walked and Edgar realised that Frost is missing. "Don't make any loud noises here... stay calm and quiet while I go find him" Angeline told them as she went to find him and found him surrounded by the sweet roses that thought he was the queen.
Frost pulled her hand as he spins her around and caught her. "Miss me? I just went for several minutes" He laughed and gave her a warm kiss on her forehead. The roses around them suddenly surrounded him and ready to attack him with their poisonous thorns. "It's okay, my love... he's with me. I'm fine" She touched the rose and gave them a kiss on its petal as they hide their thorns.
They arrived at the centre of the garden where there are a fountain and a bench to sit on. Watching jewelled stars glowing in awe as the moon shone so bright. The roses were so calm until it suddenly shows their thorns as they protect them from the inside made them shocked.
"They're here," Angeline said and she brought them back to her room. "You will be safe here... far away from harm," she told them. "You will be safe here too" Frost pulled her hand as he knew she wanted to go back there. She had been injured in the previous battle yet she still cared about the innocent poor people in the Shadowland "I'm safe here but not them" she shifted away.
"Frost, do something!" Kitana cried as Frost panicked and slammed his head on the wall several times. "What should I do? I don't know the teleportation spell... I can't handle it...it cost lots of energy" He walked to the left and right as he was getting crazy. He summoned Blizert as he needs his help. "She's in danger! help me!!" He shouted as he held his ear. Blizert told him to call the guardians to help him and his pupil suddenly turned red as Angeline's blood has awakened. < This is bad > His panic level increases as the power that she wanted to use cost lots of energy and she can die if she didn't have any energy to breathe.
"Velna! Mia!" He shouted and Velna came in front of him. He told her everything that happened and what he must do when arrived there. "No worries, she can handle everything. But on the second thought... go and help her" she pushed him and he was at the main entrance, seeing her panting as she exterminated the dark army using her power before it reaches the main entrance of the kingdom. She was very tired as she used too much energy, fighting Alice's armies.
"Angeline" He hugs her and moved her yet she was weak and Mia found Edgar in the moonlit garden. Velna and Kitana were there too as they were curious about Angeline's condition. "Hey I found this boy in there, is this friend of yours?" Mia said as she laid him down. "Yes, he is" Frost agreed. "He touched the thorns" Angeline weakly said as she summoned the twilight dagger and stab him without hesitation.
"Angeline, what are you doing" Kitana pushed her as she cried. She thought Angeline would kill him but she's actually tried to remove the harmful poison in him. "Shut up, Kitana" Angeline tied Kitana's hand and mouth. Kitana struggled to break out from her power but she can't. < Finally, precious peace > she thought as she pulled out the dagger and heal him. "Don't worry, Kitana. He's fine" She collapsed as she ran out of energy and Kitana was free from her power.
