[Angeline: 11 years old ]
Angeline had an odd dream. She dreamt that she met a tall anonymous man nearby a river in the middle of a forest
"You're the last one..." the man said as he knocked his crosier one time. She could feel her circumstances becoming hotter as the tree and the ground burning.
The fire was circulating non-stop until the fire reached her. She tried to run but she can't.
Out of the blue, the surrounding cool down and the circumstance became dark. Angeline was blinded by the darkness that shut her eyes from catching a glimpse of the light.
Angeline heard voices whispered to her ears "you are the chosen one"
She didn't believe what she had heard. She walked around to find a direction out and the voice whispered again "Don't run..." she ran as quickly as she could, the mysterious voice creeps her out.
She had to trust herself as the man told her that she was the last one but she had no idea why and what for. Her mind was full of doubts. As she ran from the darkness, it unleashed her and she could see a bright light from a mysterious door.
A door that leads to light and hope. Once she opened her eyes, she saw herself in front of the door holding the knob.
Angeline ran out from her room and saw her mother, Katherine Rae was in the kitchen washing the dishes and her father, Alexander Wilson at the living room reading the latest newspaper. Katherine asked her as Angeline approached her. "Are you okay, sweetie? " Katherine asked with a normal tone.
"I'm fine... as always" she took the milk from the refrigerator and sit at the dining table.
Alexander came and sat beside her. "Nightmares?" He asked Angeline as he opened her spectacles and closed his newspaper. This is not her first time having a nightmare but this one totally different from other dreams. She told her nightmares to them and they gazed at each other. Katherine sighed and take a seat beside Angeline. "Let me tell you a story before you are born..." She started the story...
They were paying a visit to the remote area as Alexander was told there is a village there and he wanted to make an observation. Since Katherine didn't want to stay at home all by herself, she took a determination to follow Alexander. Alexander refused her to do so and she cried.
Oh god... is this the feel taking care of a pregnant wife? he facepalmed.
"Alright you can go with me... but you have to be careful" He patted her head softly. When Katherine was pregnant for 5 months, she was only 23 years old, resting in someone's home and suddenly, there is a catastrophe happened in the kitchen.
When the fire started to spreading Katherine cant escaped from the destructive fire as they didn't have any fire extinguish in the village. She was so afraid as she thought she's gonna burn by the fire. "Alex!" She shouted in fear. A moment later, she saw something came and saved her.
A spirit comes when she's in a critical condition. The spirit also needs her help as the spirit was searching for someone that is still new. It looked at Katherine. In return, Katherine was glad to help her and her spirit hold her belly. It's leaving a red mark and its called the fire-mark. Its says "When this child is born, she has the similarities with fire. She's dangerous and hot. She's able to control fire and may destroy something but I will be there to help her anytime and anywhere when she needs a hand"
She faded from her sight and their forehead touched. Katherine can't see it but she can feel its touch.
"I'm sorry... and thank you for everything... I appreciate it" The spirit whispered as she faded away...
