When the meeting was done, Anna drove back home, this time slower than she came over.
She was lost in thought as she remembered all the things Director Fu had said to her back at the coffee shop.
Before she left, Anna had asked the man to tell her anything he knew about her mother and all that the man said was that her mother was an actress who was quite popular back then but something happened that made her quit her dreams.
She asked what it was but even Director Fu had no clue.
Anna did not know much about her mother's past. She knew she was from a somewhat wealthy family and when she married Chairman Lee; her family threw her out, never to speak to her again until she died.
