Seeing that he's not answering her, she frowned, but didn't struggle like she did when Leo was carrying her, she did not want to hurt him by accident.
"Are you even listening to me?" Clara asked, looking up at his face.
"save your breath." Tim replied flatly.
Clara was getting irritated by his persistent. She believed it's her body and he doesn't have this right "aren't you overreacting? I got slapped not crippled okay? put me down this instance." she said.
She saw Tim face darkens when he heard that she got slapped. It seems Tim mistook the situation and she's adding salt to the wound.
She felt like she's doing something wrong, as she wouldn't want to come in between the two friends.
If someone tried to come in between her relationship with Sonya, she wouldn't let the person get away with it, and now she is doing so, to Tim and Leo's friendship.
