Matthew, quickly settled into his allocated seat, and watched as the president was ushered into the chapel and into a seat. He could see several his fellow Generals tensing up, and it was obvious that they knew while he was around that they would need to be on their best behaviour.
As the president was seated, one of the attendants knocked on a side door, before opening it. Uncle Harry walked out and went to sit with Sally and Andrew, followed by John and his best man. As the three of them came out, each of them was wearing a light blue sash with a purple edge, and something he could not make out hanging on it. That was strange, given John was in his formal uniform.
