Matthew, quickly answered the call, and loudly said "Mr President, how can I help you?"
"Matthew, Matthew, Matthew. How long have I personally known you?"
"Too long sir."
"Since you were in nappies, I think. I probably changed a couple of your nappies in my time."
"That is quite possible sir. Now, how can I help you?"
"All business I see. What is going on there in City K? I was briefed on the fact that most of my central military command are there to have discussions with respect to the City K Base Commandant and his position on the central military command, but I have heard rumours of other things. Unlike the rest of them, I know that you would not lie to me otherwise I will try and get everything I can out of Phillip."
